Installation was quick price was to be expected but quality could have been better to say the least as well as communication but after a year with the product it is shooting freeon out of it and these guys are unreachable it worked great for almost a year but now does not work at all been trying to contact someone for 2 days and have left multiple messages to no avail So much for warranties or customer service

Miguel was professional and easy to communicate with. Very knowledgeable he diagnosed and repaired several issues while here at a reasonable price. We had a lot of issues incorrectly installed Thermostat, expose wiring at the heat pump, Which he repaired quickly then service the units and was courteous enough to call back the next day to see how the unit was working.
