Everyone was very nice and helpful, found washer and dryer set we liked. Setup time was for 10:00 am received text and phone call that they were on the way. some of the best service i have seen. the delivery men were very polite and professional they had us up and going in no time even hauled off our old machines. well worth the delivery fee. very happy with the service and will do business with them again. Thanks to everyone for a great job.

This company is fast, reliable and affordable. So much honor in their name. I cannot say enough good about them, the repairman, and the leadership of the company. First class in a small community.

They fixed my 5yr old washing machine, works great. Very nice people to work with. My daughter bought a refurbished washer dryer combo from them also.

This company has always done excellent customer service. In the last few months the dryer quit working & they promptly came to my home & fixed it. Today they were here for my washing machine which unfortunately was way to expensive to fix, they had a used washing machine i purchase at a great deal & even thought it was the end of the day the repair man went back to the company site got the washing machine & hooked it up for me & took away the broken one. They understand your busy & your time is important. They are top notch in my book. Ty so much for your above & beyond customer service. I highly recommend these guys

Columbia Appliance is terrific! Damien was right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part for our stove & it was here before we knew it. Another tech came to install it & within 15 minutes, the oven was back. Very professional, explained things well & relieved my mind. Highly recommend.

My refrigerator filter was jammed in the filter spot! Shane came out and jammed it and inserted the new filter— Didn’t charge me the whopping service charge!
I’m a blind disabled veteran And the filter being stuck in unchangeable was an issue!
Shane was personable, friendly, professional, and I would be happy to call Columbia for any future appliance maintenance issues. Highly recommend.

When on the phone they were very polite very professional. They answered all my questions. They had someone come out within 5 to 10 minutes. When the guy arrived he was very professional and he went above me on. He told me what was wrong with my dryer and how I can fix it. And I even asked him outside of the call and the call was only about the dryer but outside of the car when he was here I asked him if he can change my hot water and cold water hose that was too hard for me to change on my washer. And he was so sweet to change it without charge. He also did not charge me for the call about my dryer because it was something that he could not fix it was on my apartment building to fix. And I really appreciate the information and the professionalism that I received. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a washer and dryer help. And I would definitely keep them out of my books from now on 😊. Me and my family just moved to Oregon so I am happy that I was able to find someone that was so wonderful that I'm able to now keep in my books for whenever I need.

They scheduled quickly and were even able to come out earlier due to a cancelation. Shane was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They had to order a part but that came in a timely manner and they were able to install it quickly.

Came earlier than our appointment, had my dryers needed part. He got right to work. This is the 2nd time Columbia Appliance has worked on my dryer, both times they have done outstanding work!!! Had to call them on my dryer growling when we used it. The same repair person arrived. Seems the replacement part was faulty. Now I have a very quiet smooth running dryer at no charge to me.
I am so thankful to have found someone in today's world that believes repairing thing's is better than us having to by new!
I'm 74 living on a limited budget and couldn't buy new all the time something breaks down.

Columbia Appliance was great!! Got me in reasonable time. Helped me after Sears took 3 months of rescheduling and horror. They fixed it in less than 1 hour. Prices very reasonable. Friendly staff experienced techs. Will definitely use again if ever the need!!

What nice people. Texted and called so I knew just exactly when they would arrive to deliver my purchase. Very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Showed me everything then a very pleasant good bye. I will definitely do business with them again and again!

I went in to look for a used dryer. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and they delivered it a couple of hours later and hauled away my broken one. He even swapped out the plug so it was compatible. Thanks for the great service!
