Had several very large trees taken down. Did a good job and was receptive to questions. Also treated trees for elm seed bugs in the spring. Seems to help reduce premature leaf loss in the fall.

Travis and crew do a great job!! Very professional and fast! They clean up the mess too!

Not a man of his word.

I hired Travis on 06-24-2021 for a job that remains incomplete to this day. The issue began when a tree fell on my house, leading me to choose Schneider Tree Service. Initially, my interactions with Travis were positive, and he assured me that while he wasn't a mason himself, he would contract one to repair the chimney damage caused by the accident.

The tree removal and roof repairs went smoothly as planned. However, when it came to the chimney, I repeatedly heard that specific temperature and weather conditions were necessary for proper repair. As the seasons changed, I patiently waited.

Travis provided numerous excuses, valid or not, which ultimately left the job unfinished. Despite my numerous attempts to contact him, I received nothing but new excuses. At one point, Travis promised to figure out the repair and come to complete the job, but that never materialized. I am left with an unrepaired chimney and Travis still holding the project's funds.

While I've learned the importance of having an installment payment agreement, it doesn't excuse Travis's unprofessional behavior and lack of follow-through. I now caution others against using this company. If you do choose to engage with them, please be vigilant and hold them accountable.

Stay away from this company and consider yourself warned.
