Extremely unprofessional treatment of others which reflects poorly on how he runs his business. Seeing adolescent like behavior from someone who is supposed to be professional is disappointing.

Scott and his crew laid a beautiful treated cedar deck with artistic touches, such as routing the boards that contacted the face plates, pre-treating the wood, leveling a very long run and using three screws per joist versus two other outfits used. Their work area was cleaned of sawdust and special needs, a trap door to access a drain and septic tank access, were very thoughtful. Plank spacing was uniform and as requested. I highly recommend Stratton Innovations. They work with you on meeting your requirements and needs.
