My call was promptly returned and visit scheduled and conducted. Despite explaining that we would need to address things probably in multiple visits once we had an estimate and we were promised one; we never received an estimate and were ghosted on our follow-up calls. Guess he didn’t really want to help. Would have been nice if he would have said, I need to redo everything for $$$$$$$ or I’m not interested in working. What a business model - what I get for trying to hire local.
