Sam and team did a super job getting our heating going again. They came when they said they would and did the job quickly. Sam has done good work and you should not hesitate to have his team help you too.

Service was prompt and on point. Clear communication regarding what was needed and when he would be arriving. He fully serviced both of our units and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone needed HVAC work done.

They came to look at my fireplace and charged me over $100 for that and then never contacted me about the glass and just blew me off when I contacted them and told me they’re waiting for the manufacture.. then, after a few more weeks after I asked again, they never responded people in the office suck

After not servicing my gas fireplace for 7 years, I thought it would be a good idea to get that done. Matthew, who is the owner of the Sunstone, not only talked me through the process of what needed to be done, he emailed me a very detailed explanation of the service I needed. When he arrived he got to work straight away and was very professional. He didn’t mind me peaking over his shoulder to see what he was doing, and explained the steps he was taking to ensure it was being done correctly. Honestly, this was one of the best home repair/services I’ve experienced in a long time. If you’re looking for someone professional, knows what they are talking about, and are fair - look no further. 5 star without a doubt.

Matt was extremely responsive when I reached out. I had no idea what was going on with our furnace, all I knew was it wasn’t working and the house was COLD. He came out within an hour of contacting him. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had the furnace up and running again in no time! Gas fireplace would not turn on. Replaced the gas control valve. They were very thorough, clean and careful. Didn't realize the glass screen was so dirty. Nothing had been done after 21 years. Was very happy to have it back working and so clean to see through the glass.

Matt was very friendly .. meticulous .. professional .. and focused on fixing the inbalance of air circulating thruout the house ... he explained everything after he tested various functions and then worked on several issues ... its so much better now and there's no cold spots at all !! it's been a pleasure having Matt and his trainee Sam help us ... thanks guys !!

Matt found the leak charging me nothing, He came back three days later, sealing the copper pipe, installing a filter, vacuuming the line, and filling it with refrigerate for about $500 less than Watts. He was excellent.
