WOW! I've worked with many subcontractors over the years and Jacob is the BEST! First - he arrives ON TIME! Second - He works his tail off and explains everything along the way. I can’t say enough good things about Jacob and Orbit Soft Wash. I reached out with a short timeline for a home we were selling and wanted to clean up for photos and he got out to quote the job within hours of our first phone call, and accomplished the work itself within days. The price was quite a bit better than another company I had quote the job and included more too. His work was thorough and he even took time (unasked by me) to return the following day to double check his work since he finished near dark and couldn’t tell if he’d gotten everything satisfactorily. His communication through both email, phone and text was consistent and on point. I appreciate small businesses, but ones like this where care and effort is so clearly taken in every aspect of the job are rare. If you need any sort of pressure washing, roof care or anything of that nature, Orbit Soft Wash is the way to go.
