This is the second time I have used Earth Appliance. A second time because the first time was great. The second time even better. Took care of the repair and took care of me,

$550. And one and half months of waiting.
Machine was never repaired . Had to replace machine. They continued to lie and have never refunded amount they charged to prepay for part that is no longer manufactured.
They just continue to lie to me every time I called them .

Are they genuine or is this a scam? My husband found them online and they came out to check our microwave. It’s been 3 weeks. They were paid but have not shown up with the replacement parts and will not return phone calls.

Don't believe the fake reviews. This guy is unqualified to take ownership of a needed repair. He is totally ok with doing a patch job and charging you as if he actually did something productive. You've been warned.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to drop off a part we needed at our house and even offered to walk me through the repair.

Took over 2 weeks to order a part for a broken appliance. The home warranty company had to call three times to get earth appliance to order the part. The part was set to arrive 6 days ago and I can't get a return phone call from earth appliance on the status of the part or when the appliance will be repaired. I have left messages and Landmark home warranty has also called with no response. Earth appliance has left us with a broken appliance for over a month now.

On time, quick diagnosis, he was familiar with the make, model and specific issues. He had the correct part on hand and promptly had things working again. A great service experience, would certainty recommend!
