I've called on Service Plumber several times and each time I was not disappointed with their service. I used them once for a plumbing issue on my condo when our shower was leaking through to the outside of the stucco. They found out where the leak was and the tech Aaron was very friendly and really knew what he was talking about. They made the experience a lot less stressful. I also used Service Plumber for a rental condo that needed a new A/C unit. We worked with a different tech this time, but again, their customer service was outstanding and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had our sewer line start backing up sewage in our basement. They had a plumber at our house within 2 hours and had the blockage removed a few hours later. Ryan then ran a camera down the pipe and found the pipe was cracked and roots were growing into our sewer. He set us up with an excavation contractor who gave us several different options on repair. I was very happy with the service i received and would highly recommend their services.

Bowe came out within 20 minutes of us submitting an inquiry. Super fast! Very professional. Was able to diagnose our issue quickly. Would recommend. 👍🏼

The technician Chris (4391) came out and unclogged our toilet. We care for our mom that suffers from dementia and she sometimes gets confused and flushed the wrongs things down the toilet. Chris was very patient and thorough while explaining the process and the possibilities. He responded to our request within hours and completed the work quickly. He was respectful and helpful. From first phone contact, on a Sunday evening re: drain emergency in a 1-bath house, to communication when Tech would be arriving, to the Tech Kyle calling to inform on his way. Kyle was professional, very thorough, answered my myriad of questions, explained all he was doing & why, didn’t make me feel he was in a hurry, and made sure all was ok & following day someone would be by to tv the main line. 👍🏼
