Just went today for my spring visit to Al’s Woodburn to buy all my annuals. We have also purchased trees, roses…very beautiful. Through the years I can say…oh yes, that came from Al’s. And their gifts are lovely. Oh and husband did the driving and heavy lifting. 🥰

GREAT 👍 i buy my pumpkins here every year they are Very affordable lots of options and just a overall beautiful selection of plants for your eyes to enjoy as well.... I might be going back for more pumkins this year just picked up 20. LOL

Great selection a little bit pricey but considering it was the middle of winter not bad. Mainly went to look for indoor plants and they had a lot to pick from

Beautiful with good selection of plants (flowers, shrubs, trees, succulents, indoor/outdoor), pots, planters, and decor. Was surprised to see there is a clothing section inside.

Was excited to go in for some house plants and when I walked in and was greeted by an older woman who wasn’t very friendly. Did my shopping and went up to pay at the register where two women were, one was the previous lady who had greeted me. I paid for my plants but had purchased a large hanging pothos so after I paid I went back with my cart to get it after getting a box to put it in. When I left the store I was walking to my car and the older woman runs out and starts yelling at me asking me if I purchased all of my plants. I told her yes, as she had just seen me at the register paying and I was one of maybe 2 other patrons at the location at the time. She didn’t believe me so I told her would she like to see my receipt and she was rude and just ignored me and walked back into the store. Plants were amazing and the young girl who cashed me out was great, but the customer service, unwelcoming energy and being accused of stealing was not what I expected.

The staff that helped us was quick and efficient. Eliseo was so helpful! He bagged and loaded our trees with a warm and caring smile. If we could rate him with 10 gold stars we would.

I am giving a 2/5 rating as a reflection of the quality of my experience (the flowers I bought are 5/5) and as a guide for others who may seek to buy from Al's online. Hopefully this long post will help others. I feel bad about being negative about a company that has been around as long as I have.

I went to Al's website and chose the Woodburn store, with the object of purchasing 12 3-paks of pansies for curbside pickup. Upon placing my order, there was a note to expect an email with my order #. In this whole process, there was NO indication that what I was ordering was out of stock at the Woodburn store.

I then drove from my home in Salem to Woodburn, to complete my curbside pickup. On my arrival 45 minutes later, I was not surprised that my order wasn't ready, but I was surprised to find that it wasn't even in stock.

While I was frustrated, I didn't get angry or scream and shout. On talking to a store manager, I was told that I could try getting what I wanted at one of the other Al's stores in Sherwood, Tualatin, Gresham, or Wilsonville or I could buy a different size plant at 3 times the cost of my original purchase.

There was absolutely NO effort to make things right, Just more of an attitude of "So sorry, too bad, so sad." Not exactly my idea of customer service.

I leave this review as a warning. If you are buying on-line from Al's, DON'T expect timely service. Be sure to look at the email you will receive - mine said "Please allow 48 hours." I should have read it first.

The flowers I bought are absolutely beautiful and striking in the vibrancy of their colors, albeit much more expensive than my original order.

Will I ever buy on line from Al's? I doubt it and I will warn others I may talk to about my experience to be VERY careful.

Awesome relaxing nursery! They have a wide array of plants, trees and flowers! Also, is a wonderful retail shopping site inside. Bring a cup of coffee and enjoy! Plan an hour at least!

I went and picked up a few peach and nectarine trees tonight and was very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff gentleman there. I ended up with a semi dwarf tree instead of the dwarf ones and I’m pleased overall! I’ll come back once these are established. I also saved money as the trees were on sale and I got everything I needed to keep them healthy and strong while planting! Thank you!

I enjoyed their Christmas displays and flowers of many colors. Very pretty and nicely done. I got a poinsettia for my table.

This is one of my favorite places to stop both personally and professionally. Their displays are great and sections make sense. They have a great selection of everything but I’m especially impressed with their selection of trees, privacy breaks like leylands and arborvitae, perennials, and seasonal sections. For us “plant nuts”, they have great consumer and commercial programs!

Early March and they are well filled with products. The annuals to trees all looked nice. Many in bloom to put color in your plantings right away. I went on a Monday early afternoon and found easy parking and few shoppers. Staff was willing to help if needed. Areas were clearly marked so, no assist was needed.

Love these guys, owners are two brothers, and are absolutely amazing to work with.

Had an issue with sprinklers and they responded quick and worked on it until it was fixed and functional.

Awesome company to work with, they helped us with all of our full landscaping needs. Not only the trees & shrubs but with the installation of grass & sprinkler system too.

No call no show not once but twice & now I can’t get a call back. Very disappointing.
