Straight Professionalism - Ivan came and gave me a quote after hours on a Wednesday, Misha and Nikitha showed up and had everything installed, running and cleaned by Saturday

They were a little late because they had an emergency to deal with. But they did show up and had 4 installers come in and set the outdoor unit up and all the interior ductless units within a few hours. They all were professional and clean on the installs. Nik and his crew came back at our convenience and finished up all the installation and all the ductless units are all up and running. Very happy with their quick response and professionalism. I would recommend to anyone. Sorry forgot to mention Daniel and Misha and all the others. Thanks again.

I called Ivan (the business owner) on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for our AC and he promptly scheduled an appointment for the following week. The technician who arrived was Daniel. He provided clear communication on the phone and gave me an ETA prior to his arrival. He was polite and attentive. After diagnosing the AC problem, he provided me with a few different options, both temporary and long term fixes. He was able to fix my AC that day in a timely manner and was all around a great guy to work with. I think anyone would be happy to work with Daniel. You can tell he’s a trustworthy and smart guy who knows what he’s doing. If you’re needing any furnace or AC repair or installation, I’d skip the other guys and call Whirlwind. I’ll happily work with them in the future.

Really great experience replacing entire hvac. From start to finish, they were very professional and reasonable. Our furnace broke down at a time when it was super cold outside. They came immediately and replaced the entire system for us. Great customer service and takes accountability and follows through in all aspects of the job. Nik, Daniel, Fred, and Ivan were all amazing to deal with. Highly recommend this company for your heating or AC needs! I wish all companies were easy to deal with like this company. You should definitely go with Whirlwind Heating & Cooling. The high reviews are true and they stand by their work. Excellent management from the top down and the owner has done a great job hiring great employees with professional skills for your hvac needs!

Needed to get my heating replaced and opted to get a heat pump installed. Nik and Stefan really took care of business for me. They were really respectful and polite while in my home and communicated effectively on what they were doing. Nik even noticed an issue with my dryer vent in the crawl space and took care of it for me at no cost. That’s amazing customer service and that type of interaction is what gets customers coming back. If I need to reach out again this is the place I would go.

I had a pretty simple project as my house was 1800 feet two story already plumed and wired for AC. These guys were perfect from start to finish though. From the bid where they brought their own ladder to get into my attic and vacuumed up all the insulation that fell on my carpet all the way through the insulation where they did quick work and explained everything they did when they where done. The workers were very helpful and respectful on me and my property. The price was very reasonable and I have now been using the AC for about 2 months. Thank you Whirlwind you did great!

Whirlwind heating and cooling was suggested by a neighbor. I thought I would give them a try. I found them to be extremely customer friendly and very professional. I thought I may need more than they suggested. I was surprised by the timely response and the quality with price. I work in a similar industry and customer service is key. In my opinion and my 40 years of experience I can say they did a fantastic job. Even though they fixed what I needed I asked for a total replacement cost. They have my future business.
I wanted to update the review. They replaced my furnace and a/c unit as I requested. It is warm at 70 degr and cold at 70 degr. Ivan and Nick thank you.

Wonderful company to deal with. I called in the morning, Daniel was there at noon and got everything working like new. He was great to work with and I felt I could trust him, which was true, to fix my furnace and be fair about what it needed. Had their technician Daniel out today. The service was great. Very thorough. He cleaned everything as he worked. My units are not only working as they should but look much better. I have done business with other companies like Roth and this was night and day difference. The value was great as well! If your looking for great work at a surprisingly affordable rate this company will provide you with that.

WOW WOW WOW! I had an HVAC system that was 45 years old. The AC unit finally pooped out, and I was in a scramble to find a new system. Ivan came to my rescue. I got the traditional 3 bids (one from Costco). Ivan showed up in one day, quickly assessed my needs, and gave me a bid that was $8,000 less than any of the other bids. It was the clear winner, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Yesterday was my install day, I was soooo excited. The crew showed up right on time. I'm sure I got the best installers - Fred and Daniel were the best! They were so professional, so nice, and covered all the details. When they were done, and tested the system, it worked like a charm (first try). The entire house cooled greatly within 5 minutes.
Thank you Ivan, Fred, and Daniel for your time and effort, this is a very very happy customer! No wonder they all 5 stars - they have earned it. They are always available and on the spot with any questions or concerns.

Exceptional service!

I'm new to the area and needed prices for a new HVAC system.

I contacted multiple companies and Ivan with Whirlwind was the first to reach out. He stopped by and gave me several options with estimates the same day.

The installation process was a breeze (just a few days because I needed to add ducting).

Since then, I've contacted them several times with questions and and issue and they always respond immediately and were able to fix the issue THE SAME DAY.

I highly recommend Whirlwind. Stellar service, excellent communication, flexible and trustworthy.

Nick came out to service our furnace today and he was fantastic! We have been experiencing a lack of air flow through some vents and he was able to find the problem and suggest multiple solutions! We will use them again!

Nick and Jacob came to our rescue in hot weather when the air conditioner decided not to work. They were prompt and figured out the problem right away then went and got the part and fixed it in record time before we all melted! Very nice and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Nick was a delight to work with. He’s friendly, efficient and prompt. He fixed the problem with the furnace and answered all our questions. He was very kind when he found the filter had not been changed in two years! I was happy to sign up for maintenance and relieved to know there will be a new filter twice a year.

Whirlwind was able to get us scheduled about a day and a half after we called. Nick from Whirlwind was great. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, and was able to get our unit fixed quickly for a good price. We will certainly be calling again for any of our heating and cooling needs.
