She climbed into my attic to find a problem with an outside porch light. She found the wire had been cut by a roofing company who had recently installed a new roof. She had to run new wire because of the damage. The porch light works fine now. She did a great job and I was very satisfied and comfortable with her in my home. I will definitely call her again if I need help.

I had been on the hunt for a female electrician for a while and was so happy to be referred to her. Cici was skilled, thorough, affordable and approachable. I always feel dumb asking male tradespeople questions but she actually took her time to listen and give options and opinions.

I called Ci Ci Electric about a problem with the outlets in my garage not working. Ciara came out the next day, arrived on time and fixed my problem, explaining to me what happened (I overloaded a circuit) and what I need to do to solve my problem. We had Ciara come by to help us figure out why we couldn't get our generator switch to operate. She immediately provided the first clue to the problem. She then went on to help us confirm where our electrical panel is outside, as well as to determine some issues with the generator itself. She went out of her way to provide explanations when we asked questions. It's obvious that she's just as concerned with helping one to understand what's going on as well as fixing the problem itself.

Had Cici electric upgrade my main power to a 400 amp panel working with west oregon electric for power turn off and on. All in the same day. Then Cici electric put a 200 amp panel in my shop. Great with options and listening to the customer! Great cleanup up after the job!

I hired Cici Electric originally for assistance with a kitchen remodel which then turned into a few additional electrical related things over the next few visits(addressing some prior electrical work done by someone else, adding a new switch to power new can lights, converting prior switched wall outlets to can lights in bedrooms, etc). She was always on time, professional and answered any questions or concerns I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Ciara out again in the future if need be or recommend her to friends and family.

CiCi electric answered all my questions on our initial phone call. One of my issues was resolved with the conversation. Appointment was scheduled within a few days of my call. I had Ciara install a light on a very tall ceiling and install a new outdoor light. She discovered the wiring run for the outdoor light previously did not meet code and was unsafe. Resolved the issue efficiently and professionally. Had her back to swap out all the breakers in my electrical box. Did not try to upsell me a new box or an upgrade. WIll use her for all my future electrical needs,

We hired CICI Electric for two projects: installing an EV charger in our garage and adding an exterior outlet in our backyard. Our electrical panel is in our basement, so both projects required running cable through the crawlspace under the house.

Ciara thoroughly inspected our setup to prepare her bid and even covered an open access conduit on our panel (safety issue). She provided several options at different price points and did not try to upsell us or convince us we needed to install more amp capacity than our EV can handle. She was responsive and patient with our questions and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We are glad we hired her and definitely recommend CICI Electric.

Ciara and Brad were great to work with. They were excellent at communication, arrived as promised, installed a charging station for my electric vehicle, explained everything, made sure it all worked, and that I understood. I will definitely call them again for any electrical work I need.

Ciara and Brad Installed an Interlock Kit and Generator Port (with conduit run) for us after the recent storm. Honest, professional, timely, friendly, attentive AND reasonably priced. What more can you hope for in a contractor?

We've had Tim come to fix different problems with our heat pump over the years and he's always done a great job. He's kept our heat pump running for the last 20 years. He actually fixes things where I'm sure others would just replace parts or want to sell us a whole new system. Thanks Tim
