Paving Contractor reviews across the US

The team at Smart Pavers are really a pleasure to work with and they are very good at all sorts of paver work from big jobs to small resetting jobs. I have used them twice now and very pleased with both experiences. Hi highly recommend them

After researching and obtaining three written estimates to do my driveway, back patio, walkway to pool, and pool/spa deck, I chose Smart Pavers to do the job. The quality of work was outstanding, the workers were extremely polite and very knowledgeable about paver installation. The owner, who provides the estimate, was very professional and ensured quality was to the highest standard. The owner did the final check and ensure the entire area was left clean and that everything was as we spoke about. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering installing pavers. As for the pricing, Smart Pavers came in at a very respectable level, lowest to be precise. I only have one recommendation to the owner and is that he should be able to provide a list of referrals if asked; He did provide me many pictures of prior jobs! Once again, I highly recommend Smart Pavers without hesitation and I can be a referral.

We are thrilled with our new paver patio! The company was professional, friendly, tidy, and efficient! Happy customers here-

Smarts Pavers has one outstanding reputation. For the job completed at my home it was as expected, Excellent! From the time I communicated with Andressa and met Joe for a Quote it was smooth process. I have seen other jobs they had completed a year ago in my development and when I found out it was Smart Pavers my decision to use them was made.
The day of the job, the team came out and listened to what I wanted and followed my mark outs to perfection. They work meticulously, make sure the job was level and even. Paver joints were perfect and ever paver saw cut was very carefully done. The team that came out were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the job and washed all areas down.
Thank you to Joe, Andressa and your team!

So glad I chose Smart Pavers !!
Great company to work with and the work is awesome!!!
Joe , staff and office response was spot for what I need it.
The sidewalk , back patio and flower beds came out very nice .no gaps and very even all the way !
I even walked outside in pouring down rain to see if any issues while raining if any uneven spots or lower areas had been over seen while laying the pavers !
No water accumulates by the house and when rains it draines perfectly !
Prices are good ..compared with other companies out there with jack up prices !

A few other jobs are on the books for them soon.
Definitely I will return!
I strongly recommend them.

These guys are great. From the office staff to the work crews everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time, did a great job and the price was more than fair. The work crews are craftsman and take extreme pride in their work. The results are excellent.. Everyone who sees it is impressed. We like it so much we are having them do a much larger job next month. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable price. They showed up on time and completed the entire job in one day. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Smart Pavers to anyone considering a paver job.

Smart Pavers did an excellent job with the extension of our pavered lanai and widening our driveway. The whole process from getting a quote to the completion of the project was efficient. Leticia at the office is very personable and great with communication throughout the process. The crew did an excellent job blending our existing pavers with the new, listening to our requests, and cleaning up after installation. We love the results and would like to thank them again for bringing our dream to life!

This company is very professional. They did an excellent job and finished my paver path in 1 day! Highly recommend .

We are so happy with the project Smart Pavers did for us!! They were incredibly professional with the greatest attention to detail. They were fair on pricing and very willing to adjust the project as I realized I’d like a few things done differently than I had originally asked for. They cleaned up everything and even hand scrubbed our fence to get the dust off. Our next door neighbor was so impressed with them that they decided to add an extended patio to their house

See pictures - this was the same evening they finished so we haven’t done the landscaping or had the furniture delivered yet but you can see how great it looks.

Smart Pavers is an A+ company. They show up on time they do what they say they’re gonna do and they do an excellent Insulation.
I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Quick, professional, clean work, and affordable! Highly recommend.

Absolute excellence! The project we hoped for came out so much better than expected that we immediately had them do another area of our yard! Hire them IMMEDIATELY!!

Smart Pavers installed my patio and resurfaced my lanai. They did a professional excellent job on both. In addition they stand behind their work and corrected a problem a YEAR after the install. There was never a question. Again quick, clean and excellent work. Thank you

Smart Pavers worked tirelessly to complete the job in just a few days. They came in with great design ideas and even adjusted on the fly when we decided to expand the scope of work. Great to work with.

Perfection! Beautiful design, professional installation, highly recommend this company. They do efficient job. Neighbors stop by to admire driveway and walkway pavers.

I highly recommend this company for its time management, price, customer service, and diligence! They have a selection of different pavers to fit your needs.

Can’t begin to say enough good things about this company. All the workers were artists at their work, worked diligently throughout entire installation of pavers for our driveway and sidewalk. Job was done and cleaned up after only 2 days. This is the second time we used them as they had done such a nice job around our new pool about a year ago.

Smart did an awesome job! We're in St Augustine and I found smart pavers off US1. I dealt with Sam and he was great! All around a pleasure to deal with. Upfront, honest, and gets it done. The crew made easy work of our project. It was amazing to watch. So thrilled to enjoy the transformation! Thanks Sam!

Had a wonderful experience with this company. From the front office being patient with our many questions to the day-of workers. They were all great and super professional. Also, the price was super competitive to other quotes we received and the customer service really sold this company. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and will be using them for any future paver projects. Planning to possibly have them seal our pavers and will report back if we do.

Also, because I wanted to know and no one ever mentions it, we went with Tremron Stonehurst in Glacier color and the border is Belgard in Charcoal. We had the border set the “non-traditional” way and are so happy we did it as it makes our driveway and paths look larger this way.

Affordable, professional, and efficient - what more could you want?

From submitting an inquiry to our final product, the process was smooth and enjoyable. Leticia stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and provided any/all updates, when needed.

We will use them on all future projects!
