Worst customer service ever. I have never experienced sanitation pick up service that don't even provide the trash bin. Why are we paying $94.00 for.

Pleasant experience getting traah Service set up. However, after set up, it's difficult to get the guys on truck to pick up trash. Office is nice, but has no control of employees!

I encountered a problem with personal property being taken and supposedly confused as trash. This container was nowhere near my regular trash containers and had been outside of my garage for several years now and was never touched before in the past, plus the contents were not in trash bags and were 25 feet from where their employees have emptied the garbage cans/containers for the last several years. I have called the company and the subcontractor numerous times to no avail but I will not renew my contract with them again and warn others to be cautious when dealing with Morrow sanitation services!

The website is DOWN! Tried to pay my garbage bill online using several websites on their previous and recent bill to no avail. Plus they have moved the physical payment office BACK to their previous site. Called the billing office only to be told the website was down AND you can not make payments over the phone. NO consistence and NOT customer friendly. Would love to give "0" star!!

Good food. Small portions. Prices from online are higher when you go on site. But I would come back to this place.

When paying bill you shouldn't have to listen to all recordings.Boring. also when you hit english you don't change languages to pay actual. Bill. Needs condensing

Have been extremely impressed by fast response times from Public Works for potholes. Using the FresGo app, potholes in my neighborhood in Roosevelt have been taken care of quickly. Well done Fresno!

Our street light has been out for almost three (3) weeks and the city has yet to send anyone to fix it. We have called several times and they have said that they will send someone out to look at it, but we are still waiting.
The real problem is this is the street light next to the mailbox for our housing development and now without any light safety is a concern for my neighbors. Many of my neighbors are elderly and would make great targets to mug in a low light situation at night.
I really wish they would take the small amount of time necessary to fix our light. I assume as with most things in our city it will take someone getting hurt, or a vehicle broken into to get them out here. Funny they have plenty of time to drive through the neighborhood and ticket people parked the wrong way, but when we need them...no where to be found.
Thanks Fresno for once again not living up to the "a city where the people get the best everyday" promise that you have on all city vehicles.

I have dealt with this department several times. They don't seem like they are prepared for anything out of the ordinary. Whether it's finding and fixing a water leak, a record snow year, or a washed out road, they don't seem very efficient. 1) They don't have a plan B when it comes to clearing snow from our roads. We had 3 1/2' accumulate in a 30 hour period on our road stranding families from getting home after a long work week. 2) Their water services don't include a means of warning their customers to conserve water when a district tank is not filling due to a pump or fill pipe breakage. Technology is readily available for these types of communications. 3) The Creek Fire increased the risk of erosion and flooding on Auberry road at Alder Springs yet it took them 2 1/2 years to improve the grade & drainage other than 'bandaiding' it. As it turned out, the road was destroyed by January rains in 2023. The road had to be shut down for 3 1/2 weeks to repair something that could have been done previously and at a much lower cost. Locals had to drive an extra 10,000 vertical feet and an extra 40 miles to get to Shaver, The Resort, or Huntington. That's a large loss of revenue for all parties. This department needs to be more proactive if theiy are going to continue to collect our taxes.

Top notch company, very professional, they do outstanding work. The quote was returned to me in a timely manner and the Job was performed with great pride.

Have had them out two times to redo different parts of our old driveway over the last 12 months. Both times they did a great job. Their crew is very friendly and they work quickly. Kyle was very helpful and communicative and helped us make some improvements to the flow of the driveway when he met us ahead of the tear out. The asphalt foreman also recommend some leveling improvements which I'm very happy with. Would definitely use them again

As a real estate professional it can be challenging to find quality and timely contractors. Ben Strieff was able to come out to personal residence on short notice and gave me quality guidance on my driveway replacement. The communication with him was top tier customer service! To start with Ben Strieff called me shortly after filling out my request for quote on asphalt driveway replacement for a good-sized drive. We met soon after, discussed the project with a couple of improvements to my existing layout, and after not hearing from the 2 other contractors regarding quotes, I signed with Poblocki given their very reasonable quote. Contcted Ben Strieff about asphalt paving our gravel driveway on a home we built @ 6 yrs ago. He was out promptly and I had a proposal in a couple days. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. We built with a local contractor and still maintain friendships with many of the subs; working with Ben and his local crews was equally gratifying. I suspect we paid a little more than others in the neighborhood who've had similar work done, but as a retired beancounter I"m comfortable saying it was well worth it. We'll definitely use Poblocki for future maintenace/repairs.
