Paving Contractor reviews across the US

Southland is a valuable asset to anyone looking for bulk water services! These guys fill our family pool each year, in addition to any misc water we need.

A water truck driver was on his way back to their shop today. He was literally spraying water INTO the windows of passing cars as he needed to let out all of his water onto our streets, and evidently, into peoples cars 🤬

OMG! My friend had a nasty lug in her tire and this truck had stopped and helped us get to the tire shop! Whatever employee this was need to get a raise! Thank this guy🤩

Good work, mediocre customer service. They’re always “booked a few days out”. I just need someone to clean the streets when they get muddy…I cannot wait 2-3 days to accomplish this.

I called in last minute today and I was quoted a 3-day window. Southland called me back a few minutes later and told me they were on the way! Great customer service, great turn around time, and awesome job cleaning!

This service has had a regular habit of bringing their very loud truck into residential areas past 9PM and disturbing the neighborhood. This should only be performed during daytime hours in accordance with all local oridnances.

Muy buen servicio 👌

This company is great!!! They found me a Windshield within hours, came to my house to replace my windshield on a Sunday (to benefit my schedule) and replaced my windshield within an hour!!! This is the second time I've used them to come to my house and replace my windshield. Excellent prices and great service!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Our attic desperately needed attention, and This company came to the rescue. They started with a full Attic inspection, identifying mold, poor ventilation, and insulation problems. During the job, Kevin Adams kept us updated and made sure we understood everything. They completed top-notch Attic Services, including Attic cleaning, Attic repair, and complete mold cleaning, mold removal and mold remediation services. They also highlighted areas needing Roofing repair services soon. The final results were outstanding. Our attic looks and smells clean again. Excellent workmanship.

John did a great job removing our old insulation and replacing it with foam under our house. A very difficult job. They always checked with us to make sure they had met our expectations. We would hire them again without a doubt. Thank you Attic Installation Service for the great service!

I called This company after noticing a musty smell upstairs. They performed a complete Attic inspection and found mold buildup and damaged insulation. Halfway through, Ryan Mitchell showed us everything they discovered and explained the next steps. They carried out Attic cleaning, Attic repair, and full mold cleaning, mold removal and mold remediation services with impressive professionalism. They even recommended routine Roofing repair services to prevent moisture from returning. The workers were prompt, friendly, and efficient. Our attic looks brand new now, and the odor is completely gone. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Very satisfied with the attic cleaning and sanitizing. Matthew checked for mold, pests, and air leaks before starting. The crew removed old insulation and improved ventilation. The entire process was smooth and well organized. Fair pricing and quality workmanship. I would definitely hire them again.

I’ve been in contact with this company since June 2025. At that time I was in contact with Mike and once I got the permit for the driveway (early October) I reached out again but never got a response. Weeks later I found out Mike was not working for them anymore and was playing them dirty. Chuck (owner) came to my place and said to be working with me to make the project possible before the next snow. Called the office, sent the paperwork, but then nothing. The lady never responded, I was never scheduled, and no follow up was ever done. They did the same to my neighbor.

If you are looking for someone reliable, responsive and responsible , please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They seem to care about business.

Great experience. Just had this company redo my entire driveway and the outcome was fantastic. Neighbors also complimented on outcome and looks. Will definitely recommend CMJ paving👍

Hired by Eversorce gas, was promised lawn will be repaired like new, dirt was full of stones and litter, not clean fill. I bought lawn soil to fix it. Days later, weak Hydroseed was applied and splashed the side of my car

Can only say wow. We had a tricky project, a basketball court in our back yard. being a small project during a very busy time the quotes we got were very expensive and timing was 2 to 4 weeks out. CMJ cane over same day i called gave me a very fair price and timely schedule (ended up doing it quicker due to opening in his schedule) the crew was great, the finished job fantastic. What a pleasure it was to do business with this company.
