Recently moved into a new build townhouse with a small backyard space. Decided to go with System Pavers as it seemed they had the best value for product / service. Their pavers definitely seem manufactured to last and their 25 year warranty backs that up. The whole team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Quick, professional, and focused on doing a quality job. Will be letting our neighbors know about them for sure.

I contracted with System Pavers to take out an old, cracking, concrete patio in my back and replaced it with Pavers. My entire experience with this company has been perfect. The communication was excellent, the work crews were respectful of the property and worked really hard to get everything completed in just a few short days. And the end product is so beautiful.. all I get is compliments. I highly recommend.

System Pavers did a wonderful job replacing and expanding our worn out driveway. The new pavers are beautiful. We love our additional parking space. Harley was our project manager and was really helpful when we wanted to add our roof drainage system under the driveway before the pavers were placed. We are very happy with our System Pavers project.

My parents had encountered mediocre contractor teams in their efforts to give our family home a facelift.

David Brook, Harley Waycasy, Arturo and his 4-man crew at System Pavers provided my parents journey smooth. David, their first encounter was very understanding to their plight taking text messages and phones at odd hours. He help them to settle on design and price.

Arturo’s crew immediately began their work. And from 730 am to 5pm sometimes 730pm. Our family home’s patio looks beautiful, not uneven.

Harley skillfully negotiated a price that work for both my parents and system pavers showing he cared about us as a family. He understood that keeping customers happy was end goal.

I wanted to express immense gratitude from my family to the Team of David Brook, Harley Waycasy, Arturo and his 4-man crew at System Pavers.
The first contact with David, a every business-minded demeanor blended with a soft touch of understanding individual, got the ball rolling. The numerous late evening and weekend texts from an ever-evolving design with a final last-minute change to the hardscape finally began. Harley and Arturo’s crew began the tireless journey of transforming our unlevel patio into masterpiece of simplicity and easy on the eye’s creation.
Arturo’s 4-man crew show their craftsmanship by staying focused in getting the job done in a prompt manner without any compromise to any part of the job. The long hours spent in the accomplishment of their creation showed true dedication and professionalism in the final product.
The on-site project manager, Harley, a skilled negotiator with the understanding of everyday human changes, made communication easy. He kept us informed in unseen issues and work to take care not breaking the budget without scaling down on the pace of work and parts.
As a recently furloughed government worker (government shutdown 2025) this team provide peace of mind that regardless of my current situation they reassured my family and myself they are there to work alongside us.

Great team. Such hard working guys, managed to get my yard demolished and then pavers put in according to the beautiful design of David Serrano, in record time. The project manager, Harley was great to work with, and responded to all my communications so quickly. He is a real dependable guy. We are so pleased with our new pavers.

My husband & I worked with System Pavers after a friend of ours recommended them and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone we met - from the initial sales guy Dave, to the project manager Colin, and the entire crew who did the work - were all incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They finished our front walkway and back patio in just 4 days and the end result is truly perfection. After buying the family home, we decided it needed some repair and remodeling. Higher on our list of problems that we needed to address was the original cement patio. It was cracked, had a couple of major patches that were not done correctly, and it experienced flooding and drainage issues every time it rained or someone ran a hose. After getting some quotes and looking at the cost of redoing just the drainage and adding piecemeal repairs here and there, it didn’t make sense not to redo it all.

Initially System Pavers seemed a little expensive compared to some other options. We decided to use them based mostly of our knowledge of them and on their reputation. I did feel like it was money well spent after seeing the amount of work that they actually did, the quality of the work, and materials they used, and the finished product afterwards. They are definitely not the cheapest paver company, but from what I've seen they are the best. They warranty their work for 25 years. I'm sure that they'll be around to stand behind it as they’ve been doing business in this area for a very long time, and I know they’re not going anywhere based on the amount of business they do.

When we first met with them they sent Randall who is one of their design consultants out. He helped us with the initial quote and planning, and gave some ideas and let us know kind of what to expect for the process. Then we worked mostly for the rest of the project with Colin, the construction manager, for the work at our home and a little with Rich, Colin’s boss, the Program Manager. They were all very helpful and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the finished result (which we definitely are). These guys have done more than right by us throughout the installation. The amount of work the guys on the crew from System Pavers did was a sight to see. The install was professional from start to finish and the results amazing.

Our family, friends, and even a number of the contractors we’ve had out have all been very impressed with how good it looks. The only thing I wish they did was real grass or sod installation (they do artificial turf installs from what I understand... I’m just not a fan of it, nothing against theirs or anyone else’s... It's just a personal preference of mine for real grass). If they did, I would have had them handle that as well and been done with everything.

This was an investment for us in a lot of ways, something for us to enjoy that should be relatively maintenance free. As a finishing touch, we had them apply a sealant to the pavers, which seems to have brought the colors out a bit more and provides some inexpensive insurance against stains from spills and the like. If we ever decide to sell our house (not that we plan to), I’m sure it will have paid for itself in terms of the added value and how much nicer our yard looks. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend System Pavers to anyone thinking of upgrading their yard. If you can afford to go with them, you won’t regret it. At the end of it all, I can’t wait to show it off the next time we have a BBQ with family and friends. I’m sure we’ll be using it a lot more now that it looks this good.

This wasn’t an easy project—our home is on a steep hill, hard to access, and the original driveway had a severe grade. The team evened it out into a smooth, gradual slope, and the end result is absolutely beautiful. I mean seriously, just check out these pictures!

Harley and his crew are fast and thorough. They did an amazing job turning our failing retaining wall and planter into a deck made of pavers. They also installed turf turning the back yard into the new place for the neighborhood to hang out. They were so good they finished 3 days early. Great job! Some old photos added for reference.

System Pavers removed 1,600 sq ft of concrete (driveways, walkways, front porch, patio, etc.) at our home and reinstalled pavers. We were very pleased with the overall experience from our initial meeting with the sales person (Joe), through walkthrough, demolition, installation, and final inspection. The site supervisor (Harley) was very communicative and responsive and the work crew professional. We are very pleased with the outcome and so glad to have improved both the appearance of our home and our ability to enjoy our outdoor spaces. I highly recommend System Pavers.

We Love our new backyard by System Pavers. The design process with Randy was seemless. He listened to my ideas and as a designer myself I had top of the line concepts. He proposed a practical design within my price range and added in some designer touches with accent brick colors and patterns. It turned out better than I expected and the space now feels so big!

The installation process was wonderful. Harley our PM and the entire install crew were amazing! They worked quick and efficiently. Communicated well with questions or minor adjustments during the process. Despite having a few unexpected set backs with hidden PVC lines, which was managed very well. The overall process was stress free.

We have some additional landscaping to complete in the planters but the patio instantly changed the dynamic of our whole home. It’s only been a few weeks but being able to spend time together outside has already been priceless. Thank you to our whole crew from start to finish for making it come together.

About six years ago, System Pavers installed a retaining wall and pavers in my backyard. From day one, the work looked great, however; I intentionally held off on leaving a review. Any project can look good right after it’s finished, and given the amount I was investing, I wanted to make sure I was endorsing a company that delivers quality over time, not just curb appeal.

I’m happy to say I made the right decision. Six years later, my backyard still looks fantastic. I recently had a small issue with a few pavers shifting, so I reached out to support. Harley, one of their support leads, responded quickly and had a team out to fix everything. Within 48 hours, it looked brand new again.

I highly recommend System Paver for the quality of their work, but because they truly stand behind their product.
