The service from these folks was outstanding. From the customer service to the tech who came out and assessed my situation. They deemed it unrepairable but were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for replacement. Will be sure to use them again, even though I hope not to haha

Couldn’t say anything bad. I’ve used them twice and very professional. Appointments are easily available and make it easy to schedule.

This company is great! From making the appointment, the appointment reminder call, and the technician - all very professional, friendly and skilled! Highly recommend.

They arrived promptly and were very respectful. They did the repair quickly and made sure the space was clean and left like they found it. I would definitely recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Reeds and our techinican Ken. Super friendly knows his stuff and reasonable. Showed up on time too. I would highly recommend them.

I'll keep it short. They tell you 80 bucks to come out and that includes parts. When they show up now it's 185 bucks, call to ask and a nasty woman on the phone says they are cheaper than Sears and she will tell the guy to stop the job of I don't like it. Zero customer service.

Responsive scheduler, and the technician was early to take a look at my refrigerator. It cost $86 for the visit and a quote. When I declined the repair, but asked for the specific part numbers, I was told to google it. After a little pressure, the technician's middle man gave me the wrong part numbers.

Jan 8th. Attached are pics of the tech's handy warranty work. Didn't plug in the motor for the ice auger. Freeze light is now nonfunctional. This tech has no customer service skills. He obviously doesn't like his job. Please do yourself a favor and request Whittaker for warranty repairs. I wish zero stars was an option.

They came to repair my refrigerator and made it worse! Now my dispenser drips water down the side of the door and when I open the door the water goes all over the floor. When I called to come out and get them to correct it they told me to call GE customer service.

Have called Reed's for multiple appliance repair needs at our home. They're friendly, responsive, professional, and charge a fair rate for the good work they do. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my dryer....Reeds was wonderful. Their customer service on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The tech who came to our house was on time, and got the dryer working. Lucky for us it was an easy problem to fix and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Reed's for any appliance repairs!

Recently had to have my ice maker replaced and I'm so glad I chose this company for my repairs. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone call to the final repair was so nice and helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and on-time. Highly recommend this company.

My 6 month old LG fridge broke. Reed's was the authorized repair from LG. Service was fast, friendly and prompt. The woman on the phone was as friendly as them come and the repair man was also wonderful.. Great company in a day where customer service is dead! THANK YOU

Friendly staff (office and repairmen). Kept me up to date on delivery of parts that needed to ordered. On time and called prior to arrival. ... I hope my appliances will continue to work properly but if not, I will definitely use them again and will refer friends & family.

I just used them for a F31 code on my simple Frigidaire stove. They did not diagnose my control board, just changed the temperature probe for $180. I called Frigidaire and spoke to them at length, They walked me through the proper steps. My oven worked for one day then I got the SAME ERROR CODE the next day. I called Reeds and the woman said she'd send the guys out. They came out And said I Needed a CONTROL BOARD and I needed to pay $120 after having a 90 day warranty with them. I started to ask questions with the repair regarding the prior work, a $35 part cost 180!! Now the control board! I inquired about the 90 day warranty they said it only covers labor! Beware! I saw the same part(control board) on Amazon for $50! I told the tech I will order the part, he agreed to install it. But, i could tell he was getting flustered at my inquiry. I then called the office spoke with the woman and I advised her I spoke with Frigidaire, she stated they are just customer service reps, not tech's! I inquired regarding the work that I paid for she stated, i dont have to take this and hung up on me. I called back and asked why i was hung up on and she stated because I'm questioning the work, as a paying customer I have every right to inquire about the services being rendered. She then got angry and stated ill just send your money back today, and hung up on me. I just want my OVEN TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I can bake a cake and make pot roast!! Ughh.

I received a call back promptly on Monday morning, after I left a message on the weekend that my oven had stopped working. The tech was able to come out within a few days and was professional and thorough..The office staff was pleasant and responsive which these days is rare. I highly recommend this company.
