Edited. - originally gave this contractor 4 stars Had them com e back when an issue occured with the hvac. Original post:Persistent in finding a solution to an unforseen issue that arose when replacing thermostate. Rate was reasonable and was not going to charge for additional time it took to solve issue. Professional and cleaned up. Update: Thinking the persistence he showed , as noted in my previous review, was due more to lack of knowledge and/or experience. I called him back after hvac stopped calling for heat. Communication was poor, he left the repair job at my house abruptly, and left the situation worse then itvwas when he came. No communication. Texted him and called him to give him an opportunity to communicate with me. He never responded to text or boice mail. Do not hire.

Tom provided excellent service, promptly diagnosing and resolving an air-lock that was affecting circulation. His professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Highly recommend.

Tom is very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services near Abington. I had a heat call and Tom resolved the issue within a day. Great job and thanks a million!

Tom at TK Owens Mechanical has been my go to guy for nearly two decades. He has been nothing less than reliable to me and my family with all of our HVAC needs AND MORE! I once had a roof leak and Tom, being so crafty, made a perch so I could access my third floor shingled rooftop safely! When you do decide to use TK Owens Mechanical, you are choosing a contractor who is going to exceed your expectations and provide you with quality service and that’s no bs!

My heating system burned out and needed replacement this winter. Knowing HVAC work can be costly, Tom provided an amicable solution in 2 parts. Heater was immediately replaced and he just replaced the coolant portion. He is knowledgable, honest, prices/quotes are fair and he offers alternative solutions to meet your budget.

Tom is great!! He gets the job done. He was fast, efficient, and most importantly, reliable. I am very pleased with my new system

I had a great experience with TK Owens! He was on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond and demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and offered fair pricing for the work. I especially appreciated how clean and respectful he was—he made sure not to track any dirt through my home. Most importantly, he brought my A/C back to life just when I needed it most! Thank you, TK You are the deal!—I’m truly grateful! 🙏🏾

He did an excellent job and provided thorough explanations of all activities completed. Recommended some work that could be done to maximize the efficiency of my ancient HVAC system. Everything sounded reasonable and necessary. Very friendly. I would work with him again.

I called Joel on 12/24 to hace my ducts cleaned, he arranged to be here 12/27, showed up right on time, took his shoes off, showed total respect of my home and did a fantastic job at more than a fair price. HIGHLY recommend.

I called about having my dryer duct cleaned as well as extended because where it was venting in the home I had recently bought was a fire hazard.
Joel came out within a couple days and did a great job on fixing my issue. He was so nice and explained everything he was doing.
It’s so nice to have a dryer running properly again!!!!
