Certainly not a “customer focused” place to buy your plumbing supplies.

I agree with Jason, I only called there, but I got short miserable answers from the other end from someone who clearly wasn't happy about answering at all.

cranky service by cranky old men. it's a shame...one of the few local plumbing supply stores around - great selection of things you can't find at the big box store, but the people who work there clearly hate life.

This place is why Home Depot and Lowes are so busy.. Had to wait 30 min just to get someone's attention.. I guess I'm not important to them because I'm not a plumber and my order wasn't big enough for them to bother with me.. I'm at home depot now..

Don't waste your time with this place, poor customer service, I was told I would get a quote within an hour or two called back the next day didn't even remember what I was talking about. This was a big order for shower valves for a 120 room Hotel. Sucks for them will give business to somebody else

Made the mistake twice to try this place as an alternative to the big box stores. Was hoping for some advice, but they don’t even acknowledge you. When you ask for help, they are unfriendly and make you feel inferior. What a disappointment!

I was looking for a hard to find cold water cartridge for a 'high-end faucet set'. I had made the rounds to other stores; gave me price info. I came back a few days later. Guy remembered me with no guff.
