I called to see if I could get an estimate on my yard. Received a call back a couple days later and was left a message to return the call. I then called the main number and an older lady answered the phone, wasn’t that pleasant. I then asked to speak to Bill who left me a message, I was transferred to him and immediately he asked for my address. I briefly told him what my problem is, then was told he would randomly stop by to look at my yard. I asked if I could be provided a day and time, then was told he would call me on his way and if I’m home I could meet him. I’ve never heard of any kind of company not wanting to meet with the client in person. Bill never did show up at all to look at my lawn.
