I've used Bufalini a few times and have always been completely satisfied. Today was no different. They had a cancellation and the plumber called to ask if it would be convenient to come do our job. The work (installation of a new main shut-off valve, two new stop-valves as well as complete installation of kitchen sink, supply lines, drain, dishwasher drain etc.) was completed in a timely manner with no leaks or issues, and when the plumber was assured I was satisfied, I was presented with a detailed invoice. I definitely recommend this company.

We had a gas leak in our house on a Thursday night at about 6 PM. Columbia gas shut our gas off we woke up in the morning began calling a bunch of gas services couldn’t get a hold of anybody. A friend recommended Buffini plumbing. We got a call from the owner he said he may have a guy out there soon. Within an hour two gentleman showed up with a backhoe in a truck and began fixing our gas within five hours we were back up and running in the house heated. I can’t say nothing a good thing about these guys Connor and Anthony were very respectful very polite very Professional And took care of our house like it was their own I highly recommend Bufalini needs plumbing

Fantastic service and very easy to work with. Anthony came out to locate our septic lid, and wound up teaching us a lot about our system. Never did he rush us or make us feel like we needed to make a decision. Very happy with our experience!

This company was absolutely wonderful. I submitted for a work order online and was contacted the same day to schedule. When scheduling they offered a lot of availability and were willing to work with our schedule. The workers were professional and considerate. They took care in addressing our issue as well as following up to ensure everything was handled. That included cleaning up after. We highly recommend this agency and will definitely use them again if the need arises. We wanted to specifically recognize Dan and Roman for the work they did as well as consistently communicating with us. We had a quote from another agency that was $1200 more so on top of everything else they also provided a service with a reasonable cost and there were no hidden charges.

We needed our hot water tank replaced. We called Mark on a Sunday and he got back to us immediately. He said they would be here around 8 on Tuesday. They were here at 7:45!! Here in the USA!! We are thrilled with their attentiveness, promptness and quality of service!

Hard to believe that these guys were at the house within a couple of hours of my initial call to perform a non emergency upgrade. They were professional and timely. Definitely not inexpensive but worth it for top notch service.

Used to be great, but never got back to me this time for an estimate that I requested over a month before.

We have used Bufalini's Plumbing for two jobs now - replacing a pressure regulator and replacing a hot water heater. I will say they came the same day and did good work. However, their billing practices are shady at best.

Most recently when they replaced our hot water heater, they refused to give a cost estimate before arriving, before starting work, or once they were already working. (In hindsight, we shouldn't have let them start without this). Upon completion of the work, in shock of the high cost of over $3700 (we have had hot water heaters replaced at other properties for half that cost), we asked for a breakdown of the total charge, and they refused.

We have now called the office four times asking for a cost breakdown, and they keep saying Mark will call us back but he never did. It’s been over a month since the service.

Additionally, while replacing the water heater, they said it failed because the pressure regulator was bad and the water pressure was too high, so they would have to replace that too for an additional cost. Upon reminding them that THEY replaced that exact regulator not that long ago, they quickly backtracked and said they made a mistake and actually checked the water pressure at the neighbor's house instead. We will not be using this company again.

Promises not kept and overcharged. Could not read his writing and he told me that was my problem. Unprofessional and did not fix the issue. Run from this one.

I’d leave no stars actually. The technician that came had no coverings for his nasty boots. The total replacement and installation of the new water heater took a max of 2.5 hours. The tech provided a handwritten copy of the invoice with no details of cost of hourly labor. The office guy kept giving us the run around on what the hourly rate was. The entire situation was poor business practice. Ended up with an $800 charge to what was initially described as an easy fix. Would not recommend this company!
