Went to buy a new kitchen initially they were ok but we had 2 appointments with our designed where she was not there when we got to the store because of a "kitchen emergency" I am not a contractor or a kitchen designer so I am relying on their expertise to do things properly. One of the base cabinets was too large they did not factor in the counter top so the counter top was going to stick out into the doorway, that will not work my 2 year old does not need something else to hit her head on. My base cabinet for my sink was too small. I told them the dimensions of my sink, that I was keeping because it was less then a year old, was 28 inches. they gave me a sink base big enough for a 25" sink. I wasted 4000.00 on this kitchen and this has been going on for months. I will never go to Hope depot for as much as a nail anymore for all of the frustration and aggravation that they have put me through. This is supposed to be an exciting time and they completely took the excitement out of it. I don't even want the kitchen anymore but its installed so I am stuck with it. Beware of the kitchen department at this store...
