Anthony did a great job replacing the spigots on my tub and basement laundry tub. He did a thorough inspection of my plumbing system and presented solutions to the different issues I was experiencing. I am very pleased with his work!

4.5 - Technicians Anthony and Rodrigo were courteous and respectful, donning their protective booties and spreading their tarp at each project location. Clean and neat.
One drain needed to be RE-snaked until it worked to satisfaction but they willingly repeated the process.
Good guys, excellent representatives for Plumb Pro !! -

I am so pleased with PlumbPro and Gary P., specifically, on my recent shower/tub renovation. Gary orchestrated the entire process, curating tile and fixture options for me to choose from, coordinating with Kulp Tile and Marble for the tile work, and ensuring a quality process and product from start-to-finish. Everyone who came to my house was extremely professional, and the project was completed in 5.5 working days. Communicating with the office was extremely easy. Rebecca is very helpful and responsive. Overall it was a smooth process from start to finish!

Great experience from PlumbPro Services! From Susan, Gary, and Kevin in the office to George and Bob who installed my new water heater - I will definitely be using PlumbPro for all my plumbing needs.

We are so thankful for Anthony and Beau from Plumb Pro for coming out and identifying our plumbing issues. We would recommend Plum Pro and this team to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Anthony and Mark were so great! They identified the issue promptly and resolved it within an hour. Three separate blocked drains now working beautifully! Thank you so much for an awesome job

John is the most pleasant hard-working young man. He is an asset to your company. He answered my many questions fully and respectfully. He worked diligently and consistently at what was a complex uniting of old and new fittings and pipes...thereby consolidating my present plumbing problems. John's initial estimate and communication was well prepared and understandable. I also requested an estimate to be prepared for another plumbing issue that was recognized by John. This matter could present future problems, as my residence is forty years old and utilizes old codes and procedures. Great Company. Great Job Well Done !

John Erthal and Rodrigo Perez replaced clogged pipes in our crawl space. They were fast, courteous, and did great work. I’m very happy with the results.

Bob, our technician was great. Very personable, clear, and professional while installing our new hot water heater after the old one croaked. He was out 30 minutes after my call and the heater was replaced by noon. He was also very patient with our questions and mindful of our cat so she wouldn’t get out during service. Thanks Bob!

PlumbPRO did an amazing job with our sewer line replacement. It was a difficult project with some surprises along the way due to our foundation, but the team handled everything great and was fantastic to work with. Matt did a great job coming up with options, planning, and ensuring everything was completed as smoothly as possible despite the challenges. He clearly cares about the work and his customers. Ty was great at leading the project work, communicating updates, and always made sure things were cleaned up. I was very happy with their efforts to keep our house and property as clean as possible considering the work involved. Rod, Gary, John, and everyone else that were involved were awesome too. Thanks everyone!
We also had PlumbPRO replace our 25+ year old water softener that stopped working and began leaking with a new whole house water filter and softener system that was installed by George and Rod. They did a great job installing it in a pretty tight space. George recommended changing the water pressure regulator and made other improvements to the connection of the filter system to the sewer line stack so it didn't need a hose draining to the laundry tub the way the old system was installed. Our water pressure is much better and the new filter is working great. It's the best tasting water. Thanks guys! -
John and Ty were fantastic. Very pleasant installation of a hot water tank, they handled removal of a very large water tank with an absurd amount of sediment with no issues, took care not to damage the doors and walls as they maneuvered their way out of the house.

I had PlumbPro come out on back to back days to do an installation and then replace a valve that I broke on a separate DIY project. They gave me a variety of options for scope and price, and had everything I needed in stock so that they could complete both jobs done right away. John, Bob, George, Mark, and Mark were great, and even when they hit a snag in an old house, they worked around it and got the jobs done.

Very quick to come out for a shower repair. Our Plumber, John, was very friendly and explained to us in detail what needed to be fixed while offering us multiple options before doing the work. 10/10, will contact again if we need more plumbing assistance!

I am so thankful that 2 amazing technicians from PlumbPRO came to my rescue today. My increased water bill showed that I definitely had a leak happening in the house.
Technician Mark Sieruc arrived on the scene first to swiftly assess and diagnose the situation. He was really kind and knowledgeable. My original, very old toilet in the upstairs bathroom, as well as, my toilet in the basement bathroom had leakage issues. Mark explained to me and documented his finds and said that technician, John Erthal, would be arriving to perform the agreed upon repairs. Mark left and John arrived quickly thereafter with the required supplies. He installed a new toilet and new shut off valve in the upstairs bathroom and performed a minor toilet rebuild in the basement bathroom, as well as installed a new main valve in the basement. John worked really conscientiously and diligently between the 2nd floor and basement. He shared his knowledge with me and was such a polite, pleasant guy! Thanks to both John and Mark for their awesome service!!! -
Bob was amazing!!! 10/10 would call again just to have him come out. He showed up on a Friday night, last minute and did a fantastic job fixing our water line to our fridge. He presented us with great options, explained thoroughly what he was doing, and took great care of our home in the process. He was also a great joy to engage with and very easy to communicate with effectively.

Anthony and Rodrigo were right on time (and were able to come even earlier than our original scheduled time) to diagnose and repair a sewer line blockage. They kept their work area clean and communicated their progress and next steps throughout the visit.
-
So quick and so easy to deal with. George was able to come out with short notice to diagnose a leak, guide me through next steps, and follow up with recommendations for drywall repairs.

George is very professional as well as the rest of the crew, Gary, John, Tim, Ty and Gino. At first we thought it was just a clog but it was a bigger issue. We were so glad to find George and Tim. George has been coming in since Day 1, he listened to our concerns and addressed everything that we had. He always laid out all of the options and gave his opinion so we could make the best choice. George took pictures and sent them to my husband to keep him up-to-date with the progress. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. The entire crew truly lives up to the company values. We cannot say thank you enough!!

John and Rod did a very good job today fixing my plumbing issues. They worked late to make sure a challenge was fixed correctly and maintained a positive attitude throughout!

I had a technician come out a little over a week ago. He was very friendly and on time, but it went downhill after that. I gave the technician a full history - there was an alarm/warning on the unit, I had tried to find a reset button on my own and also looked at the upper and lower unit temperatures that had been decreasing in the last several days. I also told him I had already run the serial numbers and parts & heater were still under warranty. He stepped away to his van to verify that was correct, but in retrospect, I'm wondering if that's what he actually did since I had brought up the website and showed the warranty right in front of him. When he came back he presented me with a few exorbitant estimates. $2600 to replace the water heater and that was under warranty!??! What he failed to explain was that Rheem only does parts first before replacement. During the service call, I also said I wanted to call my SO since he was more knowledgable about this than me - I don't think the tech liked that and took it as questioning his ability. After I told the tech I wanted to shop around, he just left - even though I had asked for the diagnostic paperwork. He just left - basement door (which is on the outside of my house) wide open, lights on, insulation pulled out from the water heater all over the floor, and the control panel still disassembled. I had to clean up and put it back together myself. What the tech also failed to do was actually find & hit the reset button which would restored my hot water. Ultimately, I replaced the water heater myself with the help of ElectraTech Services. As for the water softener quote, I've been shopping around on that as well and found a comparable unit to their "best option" from another company come in $2.5k less than their quote. The whole experience left me with anxiety and feeling like I was being taken advantage of as a head of the household single woman.
