⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Charles Friel company has done an excellent job with the cleaning and sanitation at the Bala Cynwyd Plaza. The improvements in cleanliness are noticeable, and the plaza feels much more inviting now. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional work of Ana Luisa, one of their employees, who always goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stand out, making a big difference in maintaining the high standards of the plaza.

Weed wacked live plants and flowers multiple times, weed wacked my cars front grill, and weedwacked my grill cover apart. Didn't even actually weedwack the edging itself. Management was advised multiple times. No attention to detail, and my 10 year old nephew could do a better job. No one answers the phone in the office. If you are considering a contract, there are many other local options to save yourself the headache.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My community unfortunately switched to Charles Friel and their landscapers consistently weed whack plants in my bordered and mulched garden. They cut down an entire hosta plant to its root. If you don’t know what these are, they do not look like weeds at all. Additionally, they consistently fail to weed whack the sidewalk edging and other places where it’s actually needed. In no way would I recommend Charles Friel. Look elsewhere.

Had them come to my place (Haverford) for a minor job while I was at work. Came home to find it completed, and no sign that they were even there. Fantastic.

A major disappointment. I wanted this to work out but it failed miserably midway through the project. I have written to Frank to try to resolve my claim with him. He has not responded.

They came in and did some cement work to fix the leak in our basement, but, just a month later it leaks again, so what they did do not work. I called multiple times trying to get people back to fix this issue but can't get in touch with anyone for few months then they finally contact me to schedule for another inspection, however, after inspection, no one came in to do any fix that we have discussed during the inspection. Very professional! Fixed a long-term leak into our basement by repointing stone, diverting water, and inserting and creating drainage away from the house. They also repaired the damaged interior wall. Work was done cleanly and on time and according to estimate. Was particularly happy that they had a holistic view to solving the problem both outside and inside. Highly recommended!!

Legacy put in a major drainage system in the backyard to handle heavy rains, downspouts and a very active sump pump and finished with a new sod yard. They were wonderful to work with, kept us informed throughout the whole scheduling and install process. Looking forward to working with them on more projects.
