I totally disagree because they won't even treat my room because I live in a boarding house and the landlord has to do the whole building in order to get rid of the buck problem that is in the building before they will come out and take care of my room so I can't get no protection from terminix to make sure that I don't end up with the buck problem so terminix in my book breaks a zero

They came out and charged me over $300.00 and they didn't do anything. If anything the pest got worse. We did our own treatment and had much better result. They told us to stay outside with our pets for 3 hours for nothing. I was so upset.

They would not come and remove a groundhog from one of their traps because it was the weekend. I called for four days telling them that the cage was exposed to a 95-degree temperature with no shade in the blazing sun! My daughter and grandson had to watch the groundhog slowly die over a four day period. Finally, after it was dead, it attracted flies. Oh, and did I mention that the cage was right next to the front steps!! This whole thing was very inhumane as well as traumatic for my 3 year old grandson.

Called to have a termite inspection performed on a house I am in the process of purchasing. Was told I would get a call back from a service manager to schedule the appointment. Without notice or further communication, the guy showed up at the house completely unannounced. luckily, the seller was in the area and rushed home to perform the inspection. After inspection, I was told (by seller's agent) that Terminix would be sending the report to me directly. Since then, a week has gone by and I have called the company every single day to get the report as my deadline for inspections had come and now gone. I have been told each and every single time that I would receive a call back from a manager. Its been over 10 days since my initial call and I have yet to receive a single phone call from them. Because of their negligence, I no longer have the right to negotiate or address any issues with the sellers regardless of what any termite issues that may exist.

I would recommend Commercial Terminix because of the excellence that our service agent (Gabe) and our regional service manager (Art) give us such amazing service and help.

Terminix is a big company with the personal touch. Our technician, Alex, is always available between scheduled visits, and always takes the time to answer any questions we have, and ALWAYS has a smile on his face, and that smile may be the difference in someone who may be having a bad day. The Tec’s that came out were okay & respectful, however I wasn’t too comfortable with them because of their knowledge. Also if I have more questions I need to be able to ask them, & for my questions to be answered about the service I received from that Tec.

Having this type of problem in your household is something that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible . I feel as if the worker from Terminix Aston used this desperate situation to their sales advantage and misinformed me and my family of multiple different processes to attempt to do this smoothly . They broke a window in my home and the problem persists. Yes this was after we paid the 2000$ For our treatment. This is a disgrace and I hope no one else has to deal with this type of bad management or service again . I would rate the company differently depending on if and when compensation or successful treatment is given. Thanks

Starting with the gentleman who came to the apartment and recommended a solution to the problem, followed by the administrative staff who coordinated the scheduling and planning of the treatment and finishing with the actual service itself; I have nothing but good things to say about the work Terminix provided in order to eliminate the pest problem we encountered.
I would recommend this company to anyone who was in need of professional extermination services.
