I had an emergency last night due to the wind storm w/ 65 mile/hr winds which knocked down a tree that crushed our aluminum designer fence and blocked the driveway smashed shrubs and the electric gate. I called these folks at Pro Tree this am @ 9 am and left a message with answering service that clearly answers for many business. The woman answering didn't know intially what business she was answering for. I left a message and my cell #@ around10AM. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK ALL DAY TODAY.!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I called "Leo's Tree Care and they were out in as hour and 3 hours later my yard was cleaned up beautifully for a reasonable price. DON't use PRO TREE. They don' t respond even though they say they are 24/7 in an emergency . I 'd give a zero if I could!!

He and his crew arrived promptly, handled everything with precision, and ensured the tree was safely removed before it could cause any damage. I am beyond grateful for their hard work and dedication!

Rich and the crew have been amazing! They took down one standing tree and cleared two fallen ones — all for the best price I could find, and with the best service I could ask for. Rich is incredibly responsive and communicates clearly and honestly in a positive, straightforward manner.
