I have used Pro Tree Services three times now, and I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else! Rich is an incredibly knowledgeable arborist who gives honest, expert advice and truly cares about the health and safety of your trees. His depth of knowledge is unmatched, and he takes the time to explain everything so you feel confident in the decisions being made.

Beyond their expertise, the entire team at Pro Tree Services is professional, efficient, and meticulous. They go above and beyond to ensure that the job is done safely and thoroughly, always cleaning up afterward as if they were never there. They are extremely careful with the property, taking extra precautions to protect the lawn, landscaping, and fence—something that really sets them apart.

Most recently, a massive pine tree in my backyard started uprooting during a windstorm. It was a dangerous situation, and Rich made it a priority to get me into the schedule as quickly as possible. He and his crew arrived promptly, handled everything with precision, and ensured the tree was safely removed before it could cause any damage. I am beyond grateful for their hard work and dedication!

If you're looking for a tree service that is knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cares about its customers, Pro Tree Services is the only way to go. I highly recommend them!

Rich and the crew have been amazing! They took down one standing tree and cleared two fallen ones — all for the best price I could find, and with the best service I could ask for. Rich is incredibly responsive and communicates clearly and honestly in a positive, straightforward manner.

I would absolutely recommend them to friends and clients moving forward!

We had the best experience with ProTree thanks to Noah and the ProTree team! Noah worked to get us scheduled and get a crew out to remove trees and grind the stumps in our backyard. The team that ProTree sent out to do the removal and the tree stump grinding were professional and had the job done in one day! Our yard has never looked better! Grateful to Noah and the team for taking such good care of us!!

Rich D. and Erick were fantastic! This was our second time using Pro Tree Services and once again they did a quality job. They are professional, on time, and hard-working. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done correctly and safely.

I highly recommend Pro Tree Services, they were an absolute pleasure to work with! I had many concerns about the extensive work I wanted done on the back of my property. With a dog fence and a septic system, I was nervous about heavy trucks driving on them. I marked out a safe path for Pro Tree to drive on and they stuck to it! I was also concerned about how wet our ground was and was worried that in the drive to the back of our yard, the trucks would dig up the grass. They laid down a track and drove on that – no damage at all! The work was excellent. They did more than I expected, cutting some stray dead limbs and leaving the entire area neater than when they arrived. The next day the log truck came and removed the large trunks and an hour later the grinder came to grind the stumps. The crew was skilled, professional, and very hard working. From start to (remarkably quick) finish, I am extremely pleased.

Pro Tree Services just completed complicated job at my house -flawlessly. They are professional, efficient, good communicators and very experienced. They were on time, prepared and got right to work.

Pricing was fair and matched estimated provided.

All aspects of job were completed on time. Cutting and stacking large trees. Separate truck to remove large sections of trees and finally stump grinders who did great job removing stump and associated remnants.

Highly recommend Pro Tree Services. From original estimator (also a trained Arborist) to crew who did work, they hit their marks on all aspects of job. Very easy to work with, took all the stress of job away with their professionalism.

Can't imagine a better tree service company to work with.

Great job!

We had a massive tree that was visibly dead and had a few quotes. The quotes person was very honest and the only way to remove the tree was for a crane to carry pieces over my house. As terrifying as this is, Pro Trees did an impeccable job of removing and cleanup. Compared to other quotes, their price was reasonable as well. I would recommend and definitely use them again.

Pro Tree has provided our Homeowners Association with excellent service for the past few years. They are super responsive and their services are affordable. Their staff are knowledgeable and professional. Work is completed on time, within budget and with minimal impact on the surrounding property. Great to work with and highly recommended.

ProTree remove two large compromised trees for me. Their workmanship was outstanding, they were prompt, organized, professional and provided expert customer service. From beginning to end, Rich was qualified and confident and having him oversee the project gave me confidence to use ProTree again if the need arises the future.

Elmer and team #4 were awesome they removed a 30 ft. white pine and a spruce while working around a southern magnolia!
Done and cleaned up in 1 hour.
The trades are slowly slipping away to technology these guys know there stuff.

After getting an odd request from an insurance company to remove a very LARGE tree to avoid future claims, I contacted a friend who highly recommended Protree. I hated to have to remove this shade tree . The very next day, Rich from Protree came out. He was quick to respond & gave me quite an education regarding this very LIVE tree, as well as other large trees needing potential work in a few years. He was super thorough & was able to provide me a detailed written certification & quote for PRUNING back the tree within the hour. He not only addressed my concerns quickly but also provided me a VERY fair & reasonable quote, that I accepted. The Protree team was great in scheduling me quickly, keeping me in the constant loop of any changes as it was winter & snowing on several of the scheduled days. The crew came out & their foreman went over all the details prior, assuring me that he would address everything in the contract & assuring me I’d be happy with the end result. The crew was a well oiled machine while taking great care in protecting other surrounding trees as well as the property in general. The team was in & out in no time and had the property looking spotless, better than when they showed up! My experience with Protree was commendable. They’re professional, friendly, conscientious & efficient. I will certainly use them for all my future tree issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone! A++

ProTree is easily the best tree service around. We’ve used them a few times now and they’ve been fantastic every single time.
Rich really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything. He’s very friendly, and the estimates he gives are clear and fair. Scheduling is smooth, and everyone we've dealt with has been friendly and helpful.
The crew always shows up on time, works hard, and takes great care of our place. They get the job done quickly and leave everything looking neat and tidy.
If you need any kind of tree work, ProTree is the way to go. We’ve recommended them to friends and family and will definitely keep using them ourselves.

ProTree removed 2 huge and hazardous Tulip Poplars from our new property today - excellent work! They took the largest one out using their big crane, flying it safely over our house. Amazing work! Crew was fantastic - property left clean, great price too! Many Thx to Rich and Roame!

As a frugal and cynical DIYer, I would like to acknowledge and thank Pro Tree Services LLC for excellent customer service and tree work. From my initial phone call right up to submitting this review, interactions via phone, in-person consultations, emails, and with the crew were all stellar: professional, empathic, clear, warm, honest. I strongly recommend Pro Tree Services LLC for all tree removal needs.

I did all of the hard work for you of finding the absolute best tree company in the area to give your hard earned money to. Not only were their prices very fair in relation to the stack of estimates that I got, but the level of work that Rich and the team did from the quote to the clean up was as good as it gets.

***UPDATE 5/2/22: Rich came back to give a current, thorough & mindful assessment of the trees for pruning. They scheduled me along w/ my neighbor who had to have a tree taken down. Thanks to front end team: Rich, Noah & Hunter! Virgil came out the day before to treat w/ fertilizer. He was thorough, professional, courteous & respectful of the property. Thanks Virgil! Big Day: pruning! Randy & Elmer & the crew came out & it was amazing! They were punctual, put down boards to protect the lawn, cut down my neighbor's maple and pruned my ash trees with such accuracy and respect for my property & my neighbors. They have respect for the trees too:) You can tell they love what they do and they do it well. I was blown away at what they did & how well orchestrated it was. They also cleaned it all up! Looked like nothing had happened unless you look at before & after pix. I'll post them. Thank you Randy! And the whole crew:) You guys are awesome.
Original post:
I needed some large ash trees pruned & large piles of wood chipped and hauled. Got a flyer from ProTree, gave them a call & Rich came out the next business day to give me an estimate. Very professional assessment & reasonable price. The very next day Randy & crew came out, had all the woodpiles chipped & GONE in under an hour! And cleaned all of it up before they left😊Ashes are next, once they start to bud out & dead diseased areas can be better ID’d. ProTree is great! Professional, courteous, respectful of your time & property and very fair prices. I highly recommend!!!

Rich, Jose, and the team are absolutely wonderful. We had the big crane come out to remove multiple large damaged trees near our home. It's an exhilarating sight to see huge sections of trees floating through the air and getting processed. They did an awesome amount of work in ~4 hours. Super professional, took great care of the property, and very responsive to our special requests. Totally recommend them.

I could not say enough about the work completed by Protree Services! From the initial consultation with Rich, to the completion of the work, every step was done with care, was customer centric, and done with the highest level of professionalism! Well surpassed my expectations! Will certainly hire again for more work and routine maintenance.

We had removed one big tree + a few small ones. From the estimate visit, proposal communications to finishing the job, Pro Tree was professional, timely, reasonably priced. I will definitely use their service again.

Everything about the experience was great. From the initial visit through the completion of the job, everything went smoothly. Friendly and knowledgeable people. I actually learned more about my trees than I expected. I highly recommend.
