Called Horizon for an urgent issue with my boiler heating system. Tim came out quickly and assessed the problems. Major work is scheduled and yet to be completed next week, but another leak got worse and I needed them to return the same day to fix it, or I would be without heat/water this weekend. Travis came out for the emergency repair, and I should be Ok until the scheduled work gets done shortly. Both technicians were great and good to work with. I truly appreciate Horizons responsiveness and reliability. Thanks Tim & Travis.

We had Anthony come service our oil boiler and he was great. Very nice and courteous. My only reason for taking away one star is because we had this service scheduled for earlier in the season and horizon had to cancel. We wish we could’ve gotten it done before we turned our heater on. But all is well, and Anthony did a great job.

Our svc technician James Moran was excellent. We recently moved into our house and scheduled a maintenance visit. Since we are learning about the house and existing systems, we had a ton of questions, and James patiently and thoroughly explained everything to us. Appreciate his professionalism and diligence.

Tim and Makaih arrived promptly at 7:30 AM to install my Goodman heat pump. It was pouring raining and windy So it was going to be a challenging day. They installed a tent outside over the heat pump so they could work on it in the pouring rain and they put mats down all over my floor and kept my house as neat As possible. They kept a smile on their face throughout the whole day, even though the weather was horrible. They were very professional and courteous To me. The installation was a 10 hour process and it went very smoothly. They informed me along the way as to what they were doing. The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. I would recommend Horizon for all your HVAC needs.

If I could give this company no stars I would. They came to service our heat last week- changed our wireless thermostat to a hard wired thermostat, despite me telling them that was not the issue (and it is also a downgrade), and charged us almost $550. The heat shut off 28 minutes later and back to the phone i went. They then told me no one could come until the next day. Came back out, found a new problem, ordered a part, came back out a week after to replace that part, came home to no heat again and argued for over an hour to have them back out as my house was 56 degrees (with 3 small children here). They finally came back and claimed they didn't “plug the part in”. Came home yesterday to no heat again over 2 hours on the phone being transferred to be told by manager that he lived in NJ and it was 6 on a Friday so he wouldn't come out to fix it. With no choice we went to a hotel for our kids. We have hired a lawyer and plan to take legal action against this company . They also advertise 24/7 emergency services- but wont come to a house for the 5th time at 7pm on a Friday to fix a problem they charged for but haven't fixed yet. Not sure what is more emergency than kids not having heat in temperatures below zero, but maybe I am biased. Feel free to contact me for more- and also for a recommendation for a company that actually knows what they are doing, and will stand by their work no matter how inconvenient it is. .

James Morton was fantastic. Furnace tune-up was thorough and he explained everything to me. Would definitely have him come back in the spring for the AC unit. James is a true professional and should be valued very highly as a Horizon employee.

Fantastic experience! We had never used this company before today. Our heat went out this morning and their technician James Brooks came same day!! He had it back up and running in no time! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained the issue so I could understand. Will most definitely use again and will be requesting James if he's available!

Our heating system failed on a weekend in January. Horizon Services were very responsive and sent an excellent technician who made it work temporarily. He contacted his office who arranged for a consultant to come the same day to take measurements and make an offer for a complete replacement Heating and A/C system. Within two days a team arrived and installed the new system. The team worked very hard and installed the new system including ducts modifications in one day. I would highly recommend Horizon Services for Heating and A/C systems to friends and family.
