Perfect installation. The team was very detail-oriented and everything was perfectly done. They were all extremely knowledgeable about all parts of the system and were able to explain everything about the operation of it very understandably. Real craftsmen.

From making a last minute appointment, to doing a complete and thorough job AND save me money, showing me how to improve my system and save money doing it, I had a terrific experience with Horizon in general and the technician, Richard Dow.

I was able to get an appointment right away to service my AC. Pricing is straightforward. Timely professional service. I would definitely use this company again.

I am very, very satisfied with my service. I have been using Service Mark for several years. I use Josh McFarlane ( #040668) to work on my system, and I wait until he has time time to see me and my system.

My technician, Jesse, arrived on time. He remembered being here before. I asked him to check my dryer vent for me, and he was happy to do so. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service Jesse provided. Jesse was courtious and thorough.

Urgent visit request due to AC malfunction. Jessie (Tech #39088) arrived soon after his call alerting me that he was on his way. He was knowledgable, efficient, and wonderfully courteous. Spend a considerable amount of time fixing a series of problems. Outstanding service from a superb technician.

On 04/21/18 I had my air conditioner serviced by Bill Nitsche he was very professional, thorough and informative. 5 stars to Bill. He did a great job. He is an asset to you're company.

These technicians did a great job on installing my heater and air conditioner. They explained everything about the operation Of the units and answered all my questions and made sure I unstood the operatioin of the units. I would recommend them without reservations.

This is an AC service company you can trust. My newly installed AC does not hold temperature well. The contractor cannot fix the problem. We found SeviceMark by google. They fixed the problem in couple of hours after my phone call. Reasonable price and quality work. I will call then next time if needed and recommend to my friends.

Jerry Jones was excellent. He listed the various options to replacement my leaking outdoor faucet. The one we chose was difficult but the most aesthetically pleasing. He worked diligently to remove a very old faucet from a stone sided house and cemented the new faucet in perfectly blending with the existing stonework. Thank You, for an excellent job.

I have nothing but the best experiences with this company. I have two service contracts--one for heat and one for cooling. They come out for the heater 2-3 times a year for me--sometimes less sometimes more. I have a really old furnace and something always goes wrong with it. Yet they gladly replace a part here and there. They keep it humming. Never do they pressure me to get a new unit. They come out in the middle of the night, in the morning, afternoon. You call and they come--smiling. Always professional. They even put booties on their shoes when they enter the home. 12 years now I've used them. Just the best. If I do get a new furnace--and I will someday-- they would get the job no question.

In my experience over a number of years, ServiceMark service personnel have been prompt, considerate and courteous and have serviced my heater and air conditioner efficiently and unobtrusively when they are performing their checks on both.
