Ivan is a gem. I seriously cannot say enough good things about him. He is kind, polite, and patient. He is incredibly skilled at what he does. He diagnosed the problems and took the time to explain every step that he was going to take to fix them. He then provided the estimate, allowed me to review it and ask any questions before I signed off on the work.
I asked him about a few other things that I was looking to get done. I assumed that he would have to come back another day to address them. But he graciously fixed them before he left.
I could not be happier with Ivan and the repairs that he performed. I would 100% recommend.

My rating is 4.5 for taking several trips to repair the ice maker. I rounded up the review to 5. Other two repairs I asked for at the same time--the electronic console for gas range cutting out and the dishwasher door not latching--were done in a timely manner and very professionally. The price was reasonable. The company was responsive. I would recommend them highly (except if you have a GE ice maker issue!).

The whole experience was excellent from setting up the appointment to the skilled technician. My experience with this company is nothing short of amazing. After trying multiple times to fix our washer on our own, we knew we needed someone to come look at it. I contacted the company yesterday morning and they had someone at my house by early afternoon. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and we scheduled for him to come back the next morning. Within 45 minutes, the problem was fixed. Ivan was very nice and helpful, and he even helped secure our drainage hose to the washer so we didn’t have any flooding. I would definitely recommend working with this company!

Good, honest company that does the right thing. I had a faulty main control board on my washer. Instead of just charging me for a new part, Ivan took the time to fix and test my existing board and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend G&D.

Yes, they charge a fee for just showing up, but unlike others, they waive that fee of you let them fix the repair. This was one of a few reasons I chose them for fixing my dryer.
