A person from this company was trying to fight someone on the road on Route 1, and the person he was trying to fight had a wheelchair tag. This happened today, Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at approximately 1:50 PM. This looks very bad for the company.

brayden and his team installed a dual-fuel system (furnace + heat pump) for us. they were among the four ac repair services we sought quotes from. however, they stood out as the only team that truly listened to our needs and provided us with clear, easy-to-understand options. they also responded to my emails with comprehensive answers. every team member who visited our home in avondale (and there were several due to the phased installation process because of recent supply chain delays) was polite and more than willing to converse and address my queries. the new system works like a charm so far. overall, our experience with them was quite impressive. update: the system has been functioning well. lately, the display indicated a 'routine maintenance recommended' message. i wasn't sure if it was really necessary, but i decided to contact brayden's team to find out whether i should just clear the message or if the system genuinely required maintenance. they left the decision up to me, but kindly offered to come over, reminding me that the first two years of maintenance were free of charge. so, they dispatched tracy to our home the following week. he arrived right on time, inspected the system, and confirmed that everything was in perfect condition. he was very friendly and answered all my queries. this experience solidified my already positive perception of their service.

During the fan removal process, he further examined the heat exchanger and discovered a substantial crack. He clarified that this crack was releasing carbon monoxide into our home. Given the age of the furnace and the various issues beyond the fan, mostly due to the previous installation, he suggested a full replacement. We are grateful for the swift response to fit us into the schedule and the transparent communication about part availability and his arrival time. Brayden, along with his assistant Tracy, committed a full day to the task. Now, we are comfortably enjoying warm air without the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. This was all done in Avondale.
