Charged $100 to come for estimate. Looked at system for under an hour charged another $200. Guessing they thought nice house big money to pay . Two other estimates : no charge to house. One business $18,000 LESS the second $16,000 less. BEWARE !!! Blatant overpricing. Have money to burn ? Hire them.

They replaced my furnace, Nick got the furnace running again after my guy tried and tried.. Though nick did tell me it was still gonna need replaced, but he did do way he had too do to get us through until it was replaced I definitely reccomened nick and the boys

I am amazed at how dedicated this company is to helping their customers, even in this virus crisis! Matt was able to come out to my very-last-minute call near midnight to repair my furnace. So thankful for their emergency services!

Was supposed to do a simple service on my furnace and a/c. I wanted petrucci to work up a price on a new furnace and a/c, so I knew how much to have set aside the day they needed replaced. I came home from work my a/c did not work. Nick left duct work unattached and rubber orings laying by my unit. I was left a VM saying everything needed replaced but worked fine the week before. I put together what he did not and started my a/c back up after running my Central air for 2 days I noticed the floor was wet by my furnace and this has never once happened before. I would give them a 0 star for their unprofessional business conduct and for damaging my furnace/Central air so they would need replaced.

A/C went down on a Saturday afternoon and the company I usually use stopped doing emergency calls. So I called Petrucci Heating and Cooling. They called right back and said they would be out in an hour. Exactly one hour later he was here and diagnosed the problem and got it back up and running. Awesome job. Definitely worth a call when in need.

I had amazing service! When I first called they were so nice and helpful! Came the same day I called. The gentleman who came and fixed my furnace was great and explained to me about the unit. I definitely would recommend to a friend!

The service person that came to my home was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it the first time. They ended up replacing the thermostat and I haven't had a problem since then. Thanks Nick Zayak!
