Had a gentlemen named Vasyl come out. Knew exactly what he was doing. Diagnosed pool pump issue very quickly and made the right fix to get everything up and going properly. Very pleased and relatively painless.

Everyone was pleasant, professional, informative from start to followup. Excellent experience and tech answered all questions and explained what he was doing. He even shut the door when leaving and entering the home. Exceptional.

I needed an emergency electrician because there was no power to the 2nd floor of my home. I contacted Thomas Edison Electric, Inc., at approximately 1pm. I was told to expect someone to arrive between 2pm-4pm. Master Electrician Vasyl Kropyvych arrived at 2:05pm and completed work by 4pm. He was very knowledgeable and totally professional throughout the process. He is to be commended for a job, very well done! I highly recommend this business for any electrical work that needs to be done.

I called this place to get an electric problem fixed. Paid $95 for just for the service call. When the electrician came out, he was unable to find the problem and didn’t seem like he had any knowledge on what he was doing. His words were “I have no idea what the problem is.” Then he drew up a quote for $700 to possibly find the problem with no guarantee. I called another electrician who was able to find the problem within minutes of surveying and was able to fix the issue for $200. I paid $95 for someone to come to my house and do nothing. This place is a rip off. Take your time and business elsewhere.

Don't do it! This company identifies as a 24/7 hour company. I spoke with a woman named, Monica and was informed that someone would be out between 2-4 and then I received a call from the electrician dispatch aka the owner. He was extremely rude from the onset of the conversation by stating, "what can I do", instead of, "how may we assist you today". The guy tells me he is going to charge me $195 just for coming out because it is Sunday and it will not be added towards the repairs for the day. I am sure Thomas Edison would've did the same thing!

A very friendly and quick repair on a couple or outlets that just stopped working. He was very professional, friendly, and he even stuck around and mapped out the circuit breaker. He has enough time after the fix.

Would definitely call again.

We had an issue with only half our house having power. Turned out there was a loose leg coming in from our whole house generator. The electrician (Jason) quickly found and fixed the problem, and walked me through the explanation of what he was doing at every step

Top notch customer service with keeping you in the loop in terms of who your technician will be and when they will be there. There is definitely no confusion on when and where the technician will show up. Technician was knowledgeable on how to restore power. I would say the only downside is that they are slightly $$$ with their dispatch fee and diagnostic fee. However, I would use again.

I was without power in my living room and I work from home this had a potential for disaster. I called for help Saturday morning they were there within a few hours and had me up and running quickly. Most places wouldn't even come out on a Saturday. I would recommend to everyone. The tech was very professional and kind.

Love this company and the two staff electricians that were dispatched to my home. I was pretty nervous to contact an electrician from an online google search, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were honest, fast, explained well and repaired shoddy electrical work that I had done. I am truly grateful that they quickly restored electricity to my home, in time for my first Thanksgiving in my new home!

A breaker in the panel was tripping more and more often, and I investigated and determined the wiring to two outlets was reversed but did not know where. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and after a difficult search found the point of trouble and fixed it. I was very satisfied and recommend Thomas Edison Electric wholeheartedly. The support team was A+ as well.

We had an emergency electrical issues that effected our home life and business since we work from home. They responded quickly, fixed the issue, were professional and polite, explained everything appropriately, was not pushy about services and worked around all of our kids being home on a holiday weekend as well. Highly recommend and we will be using this service again in the future if needed.

This is my first time using Thomas Edison Electric and I am very pleased with their services down to my first call to the service being completed. My service person arrived on time, walked through what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He was very polite and left the rooms he worked in as if nothing had happened. I'm a returning customer and can say with confidence that with Thomas Electric, you could never be wrong! I had an electrician come out from their company back in 2021 and remembered him being highly attentive, communicative and professional. The experience led me to hire them again today when I needed someone to fix an outdoor outlet. Jasin, our electrician, was communicative about the estimate at every step of the way and did a great job with the repair. The customer service staff was also highly supportive throughout the process.

We were very happy with both the friendly professionalism of the electrician as well as their timeliness and flexibility on meeting us for the assessment and upgrades. Every step was clearly explained both by dispatch and the electrician, and the work was clean and well done. We will likely have some more work ahead that needs to be done and will definitely call them again when the time comes.

Amazing service. From start to finish the experience was great. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and consultative approach to how we wanted the layout of the lights was beyond excellent. There was also no mess left behind. He placed tarps over the stairwell and vacuumed up every piece of sheetrock and dust. To really put his character into perspective, he took time out of his job to play with our autistic son which goes along way for my wife and I. Will gladly continue to use his service and refer his business.
