I was very impressed by this company, which I stumbled upon through some rave reviews by local residents through a neighborhood social media page. Rogelio was timely, communicative and walked me through the process that he takes with care toward a job well done. Our home had been neglected by prior owners and had many old stains on our aluminum siding, which Valley Softwash was able to eliminate without stripping away the color of our existing exterior. They also took care of an overdue gutter cleaning and came up with an estimate that was reasonable. I will absolutely be contacting Rogelio again not only for future needs but ongoing maintenance! The entire project from start to finish was a breeze.

Advertises a $199 price for house washing making it seem like it’s the same price for all houses. He then quoted a much higher price when trying to set up an appointment.

I hired Valley Softwash, led by Rogelio Ayala, at the very last minute to clean my gutters — and they absolutely delivered! I wasn’t even home when they came, but everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and without any hassle.

They not only cleaned the gutters but also identified and cleared a clogged joint that had been causing serious runoff issues and washing away my mulch. I received before-and-after photos, plus a video, so I knew exactly what was done. The difference was clear.

Rogelio from Softwash did an amazing job on my roof and home. My house literally looks 10 years younger; I should have done this sooner! He was very easy to communicate with before the job and answered me promptly. He showed up right on time and went above and beyond while completing the job. Rogelio took special care of my plants and even took down (and put back up) my outdoor deck lighting which I wasn’t expecting! Rodger did a fabulous job, cleaning our house! He also was very professional and fairly priced. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He taped over all the electrical outlets and removed everything from the porches that would be compromised. He prepares as well before he begins cleaning your house! He did a great job And I will definitely hire him again!
