Tom and his crew took down a large 40’ double oak tree today. It was between two sheds only 10 feet apart. It was a professional job done without a hitch. Left everything looking as it did prior to removal.

We will definitely use them in the future.

Tom and his team did a great job taking down 2 trees, hedging the bushes, edging the mulch beds, and adding mulch. Tom was quick to respond, arrived as scheduled, and cleaned up the yard and driveway really well. (Better than it was)

When I called for an estimate, they were extremely polite and professional about the potential service; even calling me in advance to reschedule when there was a conflict with scheduling. On the day of the service, the two workers were punctual and professional. They provided excellent and swift service. Must book.

After using Tom's Tree Service in the past, we called several times to ask him to cut down large, dead oak branches that overhung our driveway. We also called twice about an infested tree. He never came although he promised to come. The infested tree is dying, and we may lose the oak tree, as well. I would never use or recommend Tom's Tree Service.

Jim's showed one morning to cut my tree without proor permission. My neighbor who never asked for permission hired Jim's to cut my tree on my property. I learned the day prior that he hired Jim's to do this work.

After showing up in the morning with all equipment iiapproached the crew supervisor and discussed that I just learned the previous day . I must say the supervisor handled it professionally and was surprised that no one neither from Jim's or my neighbor asked for prior permission.

Fair pricing, job was scheduled quickly and amazing staff. I have used these guys multiple times and they are outstanding.
