We hired Burnside to replace our kitchen and powder room faucets and shut-off valves. Justice and Pat were fantastic, very polite, they showed up on time and talked me through every step of the process. They tested everything and cleaned up before they left, and even helped coordinate with our HOA for the main water shut-off. The cost was more than I was expecting based on the estimate I received when I scheduled (mainly because it required two plumbers instead of one), but it was hardly an easy or straightforward job and the results were perfect, so I can't complain. Plus it will now be 100x easier to replace these faucets for years to come. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area- we will definitely turn to them first for any plumbing work in the future.

WHAT A WONDERFULL PLUMBING COMPANY,last friday i discovered my water heater had spung a leak and was starting to flood my basement.I called my regular plumber who showed up 3hours later.He told me he could replace the water heater on monday for $1200.00.After talking to my neighbor,she reccommend Ward B.Burnside co.Within an hour Bob arrived and checked the water heater,he informed me that the water heater was still under factory warranty and he could replace it right away.Two hours later I had a new water heater,AND A NEW PLUMBER.......thanks again

We have been using Burnside for 25 years - they have fixed leaks, replaced the well pump, replaced toilets, pipes, etc. I think they are great!

Justus did an excellent job with installing two shutoff values and a new kitchen faucet. I will ask for him when I call Ward Burnside Plumbing Again.

Called late in the evening and a person (not automated message) answered the phone. She was professional and told me a technician will follow up the next business day. The following morning, an officer called and scheduled for early morning fix for my garbage disposal. The technician was friendly and professional. He also provided some tips for future issues. I am very happy with their service.

We went through 5 other plumbers before being saved by Burnside. Could not have asked for better service or nice people. Everything was repaired, and we needed a lot done, efficiently and well. This is technologically up-to-date company with the old-fashioned virtues of courtesy and hard work. Thank you!

I called Burnside Plumbing after a frozen pipe ruptured in our downstairs family room ceiling. They responded immediately and were at my front door within an hour. Their timely response helped to avoid further damage and their courteousness and kindness were reassuring following this experience which did a fair amount of damage. Their return call to repair the pipe was also timely in the midst of what has been a busy winter season The technician was very helpful and took time to explain the repairs as well as steps that were needed to avoid further difficulty with this pipe.

We had an issue with the leak of the PRV located in the meter pit outside our of townhome. Burnside was professional and has done an excellent job on the repair in a timely fashion. Even though they accidentally broke the yoke assembly when they were trying to replace the PRV, it only took them 4 business days to get the part and have it installed. They were nice enough to hook us up with our neighbor's faucet so that we have water to use when we are waiting for the part to arrive. The total bill was $2,290 for the labor and the parts combined. Will post the breakdown later. The staff in the office is nice. They prefer phone calls rather than email communication, which is an old-school approach that I would respect. Echoing some other reviews up there, If you have an urgent need for a quality service without much concern over the cost, please consider Burnside for any of your plumbing issues.

We’ve used Burnside Plumbing for remodeling projects and routine repairs always done with great care and time-tested techniques.

Most recently they installed a hybrid electric heat pump for us. They inspected the site beforehand, arrived on time, and completed the work, including cleanup and removal of the old water heater in less than 3 hours.

The ‘big box store’ would have charged me $900 more than Burnside did and probably not done as good a job. Very happy to recommend Burnside Plumbing.

Mark and Chris were incredibly helpful. I have used Burnside for my personal home as well as my rental units, and their customer service is fantastic.

We initially used them to fix a sewer pipe leak. They got the job done, but they were very messy. We are renovating our bathroom ourselves, and we called to ask them to help install the shower valve. We attempted ourselves but still had a small leak, so we decided to seek a professional. I was put off by how rude they were, calling it a mess (it's not a mess), and telling me they'd have to charge me $130 to come look at it first and that it would likely cost a total of $500 (without looking at it). I was definitely put off at how condescending both the receptionist was as well as the plumber that I talked to. Will not go back to them.
