Appliance Repair reviews in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania

Nothing says you don’t want my business more that me researching your business and hours online and driving 30 minutes only to find your lights on but doors locked, no “be back soon” sign. Will search elsewhere. Time is money

-
Ray was very helpful and we are very pleased with our new vacuum
-
Very unprofessional, shady staff,,only wanted to sell overpriced vacuum. Would never go back, and advise others to stay away.
-
Drove 30 minutes to come here because of the good reviews, and they were closed. They need to update their hours.
-
Took my vacuum for possible repair, told me it can't be fixed because they can't get parts from manufacturer and tried to sell me a $400 vacuum right away... I went home looked on amazon and found a replacement part for my vacuum...
-
Free service on my old vac along with the purchase of a new machine. They also helped me find a great air purifier last year.
-
I was very pleased with the service I received at SUPERVACUUMS with Ray and I bought a Titan vacuum cleaner that I immediately put to use with great results!
-

Took my vacuum to get repaired. Got upsold to a filter-cleaning/general cleaning that I don't necessarily know if I needed. $200. Got the vacuum back and it now makes a howling noise while running. Also now, to turn it off, I have to unplug it. It does function though. So two stars instead of one.

Ray and Andy were great to work with and very knowledgeable. They were able to order the vacuum I wanted as well as throwing in some extras. Definitely recommend them.

Purchased a Riccar last year. Needed a good vacuum since we have 3 large dogs. Works beautiful. Very pleased planning on getting hand held Riccar soon.
-
Great guys who really care about their products and their customers. I bought a Miele C1 Compact and couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be going back here for all of my vacuuming needs.
-
Needed help on how to remove part at the Washington store & could not have had kinder response. All went very well, then I bought a vacuum cleaner about a week later. That is the only place I will ever go; they are knowledgeable & so very kind.

These guys are cheats & liar! Took my 2 year old upright sweeper into the shop. After 2 minutes they said the motor was bad & not cost effective to replace. They then tried to sell me a $400+ sweeper with a discount on my trade in.
Went to H Mattie on W Liberty. He turned a button changed the belt & for $20 my 2 year old vacuum is running beautifully. -
After experiencing frustration with my current vacuum, I went to walmart to check out prices on machines. After a little research, I realized even the higher end vacuums at walmart were all not only made in china but are made so that when a part breaks it can't be replaced forcing you to buy a new one. this is how they keep their prices so low. I had heard bad reviews about the previous owner of this shop, but was relieved to meet Dan, the current shop keeper. Because he is the only one that works there, there is a quality customer service provided that you just can't find these days. I felt good knowing that my purchase would personally benefit a hard working employee rather than fund corrupt industries fueled by uneducated consumers. Support your local economy and buy american made!!

They know their stuff, and offer annual services on their vaccums. They let me swap the vaccume i had previously bought from them after several years, for a newer one reasonably. Riccar Supralites are not too expensive but are way better than the junk they sell at big box stores. My only gripe is they completely closed the Lawerenceville location, which was more convenient for me.

5 stars. I had a 50 year hose for my Kenmore wall vac that needed replaced. I asked my husband (he's retired, I work) to take the hose to Super Vacuums in Bethel Park to see if they had anything that would match up. Well, instead my husband ordered a hose online. Of course it did not fit, too many changes and updates to sizes over the 50 years. I took the old hose and the new hose to Super Vacuums. They were able to source the correct size ends for the old hose and they attached them to the (overpriced) online hose. Great service.

I took my 20 yr.old Sebo vacuum to the SuperVacuums in Bethel Park because it finally stopped running and in 2 days it was fully repaired , and serviced. They were friendly and gave me a very good price for repair, service and parts. They even plugged it in and allowed me to see how well it works again ! I would highly recommend them!
