I have used Beverly Services since 2012 for electrical and heating work. I have never had a bad experience. Their work has been top notch and reasonably priced.

Edit: problem came back several days later. When I called to see about scheduling a technician I’m told ‘unless it’s the same issue again, you’ll be charged $130 for the technician to run another diagnostic.’ I was so thrilled to get what I thought was a fair deal the first time, but it’s still broken and now I’m out $300 for an AC system that still blows hot air. Why would I agree to be charged again when/if we find out they missed the problem? I’m not asking for free work, but expecting me to continue to fork over money just for a tech to show up when they failed the first time is pretty terrible service. They got what they wanted which was a quick $300 for a short visit. Of course they aren’t interested in actually fixing the issue now. Lesson learned I suppose.
2nd Edit: It’s hilarious that they waited 3 months to reply and claim they warranty their work. I called them repeatedly for weeks after my system went back down and they actively avoided me. You can claim whatever you’d like on Google, but the fact of the matter is they refused to return once I called to tell them my system went back down and that I had an issue with paying them upfront to just show up again.
I have (and will continue to) actively steer all local residents away from their services.
So I called to schedule an appointment at 320pm today. I had assumed it would be a few days to fit me in. I was wrong and Steve was at my door 40 minutes later. Without hesitation he walked me through the process of isolating the problem, all the while explaining what he was doing. Steve fixed my AC in about 40 minutes. He probably could have done it even quicker but he was being very thorough and making sure I understood what was going on. He also explained to me what I should be doing on my own to maintain my system. He was courteous and extremely personable. There’s a good reason Beverly came highly recommended. I can’t thank them enough for bringing back the comfort to my home. A+

Mark Williams from Beverly Services arrived promptly on time and did a wonderful job replacing an outdoor faucet. He was friendly, professional and very competent in assessing what we needed done and expertly complete the work. We would recommend Mark highly and will use Beverly Service again for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
