We recently had a new roof and gutters installed by Buccos Roofing. I can't be any happier from start to finish. Beginning with the sales representative, Chris who did an amazing job explaining the materials they use and what we needed. Our project manager, Domenic, was fantastic! He was onsight and transparent from the beginning of the project to the end keeping me updated as the day went on including pictures of the roof from tear off to new shingles. His crew was very polite and left my property so clean! I had gotten several estimates before choosing Buccos Roofing and I made the right choice based on quality and price. I highly recommend Buccos Roofing!

Hired Bucco's to do an emergency tarping when a tree fell on my house while waiting for insurance to approve a repair because they made a lot of promises that they'd be able to stop the water and get my roof "water tight". First off, they don't seem to understand what an emergency is because they took a week to first get out while it rained almost every day and I had water pouring through my roof. Once they finally got it on, it rained again the next and sure enough, water starts pouring through the roof again. I send them a text and they say "yeah, we'll send someone back out". Another week goes by while it rains every other day and they finally get out to adjust the tarp. Two days later, it rains again, and once again, water starts pouring through the roof into the house. Text them again, and they tell me "oh well, flat roofs are tricky" and then never come back out. Luckily another company was able to push me up on their schedule and actually get my roof patched or I'm certain I'd still have water coming through today. Now they're sending me invoices that literally say "Secured to prevent additional interior or structural damage" which they absolutely did not do. Definitely not worth the $1000 for the tarping that they charged.

Fantastic experience with Buccos Roofing from start to finish. Corey the sales rep was awesome he answered every question. Cody my project manager was awesome. He was very hands-on and made the job super smooth. The crew was very professional and hardworking. One day transformation couldn't be happier at this point. I would highly recommend Buccos Roofing to friends and family.

Dominick was great! He kept me up to date on the progress of my new roof. He explained anything I need more clarity on. And I loved how they were able to share photos of the progress. Great work! Great Company! Highly recommend.

We had Buccos do our roof, gutters, downspouts, took down the chimney, rebuild the roof at the chimney, and waiting for 5 new windows to be put in. First the quote was extremely well put together and explained everything they where quoting, down to how many elbows where going to be used on the downspouts. Then came the day for the roof. The project manager Chris texted and talked with me the couple days before. We had to push a day due to rain, which made total sense. During the entire two days of the work Chris uploaded over 200 pictures to a website for us to watch all the progress. He would even watch and make sure my kids and wife could leave and come back safely. The clean up after the roof was done was amazing. I walked our entire yard and found one nail and that was it. They really did an amazing job.

TL;DR: Buccos nailed it! They delivered an outstanding roofing experience from start to finish—professional communication, detailed estimates, on-time scheduling, and a hard-working, detail-oriented crew. The project was well-managed, transparent (with photo updates!), and the results exceeded expectations. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

I never leave reviews, but I'm compelled to because of the amazing job Buccos did. I can't say enough positive things about them, but I'll walk you through it. I had been on the fence about doing repairs or full roof replacement (the current one was 30+ years old).I had received estimates from other roofing companies, and wanted to get another quote from Buccos since they have great online reviews. I contacted them in late June. The office coordinator was great, professional and very upfront, informing me apologetically that they have been solidly booked because of summer storms and were scheduling at least 6-8 weeks out for jobs. No worries, I wasn't in a hurry. Within a day she called and let me know Jace would be calling me to set up an appointment. Jace reached out that day and we set up a meeting.

Jace was great. He arrived on time and before he started, we had a detailed discussion about what the current issues were with my roof and gutters and what I would like to see done. He then let me know he would be taking some time and using the drone to inspect/photograph the roof, stacks and gutters. After finishing, he walked me through what he found (damaged/missing shingles, damaged vent flashing, etc). Ultimately I decided it was best to go with the full replacement. He told me he'd put together 2 quotes, 1 for the roof, the other for gutters and downspouts and he sketched out the process for me if I decided to go with Buccos. True to his word, that afternoon I received an email with the 2 estimates, and web links to: all the photos he took, online resources for choosing shingles, and a photolibrary of roofs they have completed to get a sense of how various colors/styles look in the wild. All very helpful! The estimates were incredibly detailed, much more so than competing estimates. While the total cost was slightly more than competing estimates, I felt it was worth it given my experience so far. After signing off on the project, I received an email outlining the production process and was told that the project manager Chris would soon be in touch to schedule the job and review the requirements and process.

Chris was fantastic. He called and we scheduled about 5-6 weeks out and discussed the project. Part of that process was reviewing specifics about the job and materials. Because of this communication, we caught a potential issue (my fault- we had been flip-flopping on our shingle color selection) and we fixed it then and there. Chris kept in touch continually with updates and reminders about material delivery and start date. Chris and crew arrived on the start date. The incredible crew was up and going from the moment they arrived, and Chris outlined how the crew would progress over the 2 day job. He texted me a link that was updated with photos in real time throughout the project so we could monitor the progress. What a great touch! It was amazing watching this crew work. Unbelievably detail-oriented, hard-working and incredibly organized every step of the way, down to the continuous onsite cleanup throughout the project. They had it down solid. At the end of each day, there was a full clean-up as well to be sure no debris was left on property.

Now I have an amazing beautiful new roof, gutters and downspouts. I can't be more positive about Buccos and will 100% recommend them always- Thanks Buccos!

Great experience with Bucco roofing. I had 3 estimates and Bucco was the best price. I was really impressed with Corey who came out to perform the estimate. He used a drone to take pics and provide guidance on my options. When it came time to do the install Domenic was assigned as my project manager. He provided great up front support and communications. He was on site supervising the whole roof install and made sure I was satisfied we all the work that was done. This was one of the smoothest and most satisfying home projects I've had done. Would recommend highly.

Chris Gilbert (project manager) & Juan (crew lead) were great!  They did excellent work, very timely, thorough clean-up. The "Company Cam" was very helpful and appreciated getting pictures at every stage of the project.

We were very happy with our experience. Our PM was Chris. Super nice guy. Very informative and communicated with us every step of the way. Matt was our sales rep. He was professional and worked with us to get everything set up. The crew worked very fast, through some adverse weather, and they did a great job. Deinitely give them a call!

Chris and his team were professional and fast from start to finish. He made sure that everyone showed up on time and knew exactly what needed done – he also kept us updated throughout the day with pictures of the progress and time to completion as they worked. The team of installers was also very polite, and their work resulted in a great looking roof. After receiving some outrageously high quotes from other companies and being concerned about the quality we’d receive, we’re very happy to have chosen Bucco’s in the end.

Buccos is a great roofing company, they are very and fast, efficient, and honest. And they communicate with you every step of the way. Dominic did a great job replacing my roof, and kept me aware of everything that was going on. If I ever need another roof in Pittsburgh, they would be the first call I’d make.

I was happy with Bucco’s from the first phone call I made to them. Kathy (?) was very friendly, helpful and great to talk to. Chris Wilcox, from sales came out and we talked and he answered any and all questions that I had. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them mainly because of the itemized estimate they provide detailing everything they will do with pricing. Cody Brown, project manager, was also very nice and professional keeping us updated previous to the start of the work. I also liked how pictures were taken while they worked giving us progress reports. The workers arrived at 7 am as scheduled and worked for 12 hours with a break for lunch and finished up at 7 pm. They were awesome- hard workers and very courteous. You would never have known they were here after their meticulous cleanup. If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend Bucco’s. They did a professional and beautiful job for us and we are extremely happy! ❤️

Buccos roofing was all around great. From pricing and quotes to clean up at the end, they did what they said they were going to do and communicated clearly and frequently throughout the entire process which is a must have for all constructions jobs.

We had our roof installed in October 2025 with Buccos. They did an outstanding job and made the process easy from start with Corey to finish with Chris. I highly recommend Buccos.

We were getting up there in years on our roof and solicited quotes from a few of the bigger roofing contractors. Buccos came in under them for the same scope and we elected to go with them based on the quality we have seen on other replacements in our neighborhood. They were really easy to work with and dropped off samples for us to evaluate based on our exterior.

Scheduling was fairly quick and they were good to say when they had time in their schedule. Materials were dropped off day before and dumpster the morning of so everything was coordinated well so we weren’t too inconvenienced (dumpster had to block garage). Communication with our project manager, Manny, was excellent. He reviewed what the crew were supposed to do before hand, any last minute changes and clarifications, and provided drone updates during the installation. They identified some damage to part of our roof due to another contractor’s negligence and got it repaired with very reasonable change order. All told, the job took a day and a half for a very steep roof with various heights and they added additional ridge vent and exhaust for our bathroom. The crew, who arrived around 8-8:15, put in a pretty full first day (till 6p) to make sure they beat some rain in the forecast.

Getting a roof replaced is a messy job. Shingles are flying from everywhere along with the underpayment, nails, etc. Despite putting tarps down, you will have nails, caps, ribbons, etc. in your yard (and probably your neighbor’s too). We also have landscaping that took a little bit of a beating (especially a rhododendron). To their credit, Manny did a very thorough sweep to get nails and debris picked up and replaced a rhododendron with exactly the same kind. Will you still find a couple things, yes, but I thought they did a very good, very high quality job. The roof looks so good, it is making our old gutters look real bad.

Would definitely recommend Manny and the Buccos crew.
