Team of 3 polite, professional and respectful completed our duct cleaning in just about 2 hours. Upon arrival they explained and walked me through each step of the process. When the job was completed we again reviewed the work. I had purchased a new air filter for after the duct cleaning, they installed the new filter for me, the attention to the detail of little things like this was very impressive.

The owner of the company helped walk me through the process of a first-time vent cleaning and insisted he'd be present during the job to make sure things went well. Fantastic company to work with from first call to final walk through the house and explanation. Incredibly friendly and and informative staff, also very knowledgeable and explained in detail the entire process, even got to see all the dust removed from the ducts in their collector. They cleaned all vent plates. Changed air filter and left house better than when they came.

Now the dust a mold smell in our HVAC is gone and everyone breathing healthy again. We will certainly hire them again.

Promptly sold system and installed. But now, literally 1 year later, I can’t even get a call back when system isn't working and we are freezing. They are closed due to snow with only an answering service and will call me tomorrow. Now I need service elsewhere even though TPS website says emergency services. Good luck.

We had our heat pump installed 6 years ago and we're very pleased with the quality and durability of the system. Highly recommend.

We've been a customer for years. When we have a problem, they are quick to respond and then quick to find and fix the problem. First, however, they spent a short time with us on the phone to understand and perhaps diagnose the problem, perhaps making some interim suggestions, and then schedule a visit as soon as they can. I know they prioritize the severity of each customer's problem and believe that they would not let us freeze while doing routine maintenance for someone else.

Have tried other HVAC companies but Blue Bell Heating & Air is the best. Reliable, great quality service at a very fair cost. Had a new unit installed this year. It works awesome and was half the cost of several other companies who advertise a lot on TV.

These guys are simply awesome. They will go that extra mile to make sure their clients are happy. Pricing is the lowest you will fi d both labor and parts. Now do not confuse the lower prices with low quality and workmanship. They are by far the most expirienced team I had the pleasure to work with. Quick story. One of two HCAC units went, they came out and performed their quality work to troubleshoot, which was a Thursday. Friday evening my hot water heater went. I sent a text to the team to ask for some tips to validate my heater. They confirmed it was shot. They did not hesitate and sent a team over the following morning to replace it. Now that is service.
