John Ingalls did a great job on my drain snaking. He arrived early, was courteous, and knowledgeable as well as very personable. He also identified a problem that I didn’t even know I had. I highly recommend his services .

I would reccommend requesting him for all your needs he knows his work as far as a dispatcher go. They are terrible. They’re not truthful with you. They give you a time that is not true. They leave you on the phone hanging. They really need to be educated better on how to handle customer service but like I said, the technician was great.

Called local number twice. Calls tranferred to call center in India. Couldn't understand him and he refused to transfer me to the PA location, stating "You cannot speak to a technician. We do not do business that way." Called another local plumber at a local number. Spoke to a very nice woman who said "We always answer the phone. No call center here. We all live and work in Delaware County. Sorry you went through that with another business. Let's get you a free home inspection right away." Guess who I hired.

They were able to accommodate my service call request within a short period of time.
They were able to replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently.
Dave Henderson the technician has given me a 10% discount as well.
He’s very nice and very attentive.

From the very beginning Jamin was very helpful, addressing a leak that needed immediate attention. His incite and constant follow ups are a reflection of the professionalism that everyone looks for in these types of situations. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of similar repairs.

They charged $250 just to light my pilot light and the technician claimed that he lit the pilot light on my water heater, but my water heater pilot light was never off. And he kept insisting that it was my water heater that needed to be lit! But I told him that that is a brand new water heater and that it been working fine and we've had hot water. It was obvious that he was not an honest man. I needed my pilot light lit on my boiler not my water heater! He also charged an extra $49.00 for a service fee then just before he leaves asks me to give him a good review. I will be talking to the heads of Len The Plumber of the next couple of days.

Perfectly satisfied. Called them around 8am for a week, Jaylen arrived around 10:30 and fixed it all by noon. Damage was minimal, and he removed all bits and pieces. Left pretty much no trash. Great service.

They say you pay for what you get!! I called another company before them and they couldn’t make it out until tomorrow. I could not go a day without water so I gave Len a call and they said they would send someone out within a time period of 8-10 today. Gentleman came in and evaluated the job. Gave me a quote I was comfortable with and had me up and running 35 minutes tops. They had to change out the valve from the main water shut off. Thanks for the quick response

Edit: Just a quick update (and maintaining the original 5 stars!). We ended up having a completely failed sewer line. Len the Plumber handled this very large job and made it look easy. Literally every single team member I've interacted with has been professional, responsive, and knew what they were doing. Huge shout out to Gary Schannauer. I highly recommend for big or small jobs!

Absolutely horrible experience. Was told a tech would call when 30 minutes away. The call came with a 1.5 hour window. When 2.5 hours passed, we called dispatch and were assured a return call and that we were in the system. After 30 minutes, received a different dispatcher who said the assigned tech was unfamiliar with our oil heater and would likely not be able to help. So much time wasted on a freezing day with no heat. We get that they may not have been able to help. But to string us along for hours? Completely inept and unprofessional.

Tereasa came on time and worked so hard to get my sewer line unclogged. She was extremely pleasant and professional and got me the best price she could. Would definitely recommend her and Len the Plumber for all of your plumbing needs!

Very quick and easy experience. Everyone we interacted with was thoughtful and helpful. Our technician, Mike, was great at diagnosing and repairing our problem. Everything was resolved same day in under a few hours total.

Highly recommend!! We have used this company multiple times. Len the Plumber is our go to. We were recommended the first time around after a horrible experience and job done by another plumber that ended up causing additional damage. They were not only professional and understanding to our situation but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience and our questions answered. Andrew was on time and went to work right a way to resolve my issue. There was an issue when one of the batteries in my old thermostat popped. He quickly removed the old thermostat but had to go get the right thermostat for my system. Small delay and the job was done. I'm nice and warm, issue resolved. Is there a way that I could pick my tech on my next service, I would definitely choose Andrew!

Mike M. was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had my system up and running. He also found other issues in my home that required attention. He will be the first one I call in the future.

Had Len the Plumber out to my home this past Tuesday and Wednesday for a leak in my kitchen. They came out same day that I called for no additional cost. They sent Jason out to access the leak, he came out and found what was leaking and gave me a very straight forward approached to getting it fixed. He was very respectful and knowledgeable about what he was doing and came back the next day to fix the issues. Once the problem was fixed he called for a restoration crew to come out and access any water damage I had in my home and help with any repairs needed to the home due to the water. Jason went above and beyond to help make sure this process was quick and done right and make it an easy process for me.

I would highly recommend Len the Plumber and Jason and Dan to anyone I know and will for sure have them come out for any other issues I may have in the future. Top notch company and service provided all around.

Jason Green and John Blythe were amazing. Jason came in the other day and gave me a great price to replace my water heater and full basement drain replacement he was very polite and professional and walked me through everything he was doing. Then Jason and John came back today and did all the work and it looks great. I would highly recommend Jason and John and len the plumber to anyone and I'll always use them in the future
