I recently faced a water backup issue in my home and called Smith Family Plumbing & Heating at 7:30 pm. Brayden arrived at my house around 10 pm and quickly cleared my main drain while identifying that roots were the main problem during that visit. I scheduled another appointment to have the main drain inspected with a camera. Another plumber named Tracy showed me a clear video of where the roots had intruded into the pipe and clogged the line. He also pointed out two other areas of concern, known as bellies, which led him to recommend a complete replacement of the line. Tracy then shared a price and timeline for the entire project. A few days later, Cody came to my home to start the work. Cody and his apprentice worked hard to complete the project, even after the sun had set, ensuring everything was backfilled and regraded properly. Overall, everyone I interacted with at Smith Family Plumbing & Heating was polite and professional. I will definitely reach out to them again when I need a plumber.

I hired Smith Family Plumbing & Heating for a big job—replacing two old hot water heaters in my attic with new tankless gas units. This meant they had to redo a lot of the piping and even do a bit of work on the roof to fit the new vent. The job also needed someone who knew how to set up the tankless heaters so they could work together, switching on and off for low or high water use. Brayden, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and always polite during the whole project. Everything was finished right on schedule.
