William C Fischer Plumbing & Heating

I used them for a bathroom and could not be more disappointed. The gentleman who gave me estimate was decent. Not exactly super friendly. Kind of looked like he had a lot of road rage. but seemed to know what he was talking about. SEEMED being the key word. His price was a little bit high, but he came highly recommended so I decided to give him a job anyway. I figured you get what you pay for. That’s not the case with William C. Fischet plumbing. He took my $20k deposit and we didn’t hear from him for 5 weeks. I was thinking did he Ripped Me Off. I called and left a message after message and never got a return call. On a Sunday evening at about 630pm he calls & says he wants to start the work the next morning. I tried to ask him for another day to get ready He said he could give us 30 more if I wasn’t ready for tomorrow.So he starts the work and right away he’s talking down to my wife. Telling her she didn’t know what she was talking about and that he would only deal with a man. Later she caught him going through her panty drawer. I wanted to fire him on the spot, but he was halfway through the work after two weeks. There was a stretch of 3 days where he didn’t show up and didn’t call.. when he finally completed The work we were on vacation. When we returned and found some issues, I tried to call him. He.refused to listen to any of a laundry list of issues. He had his check and he was gone. The work I completed pretty much without Internet The toilet is leaking vanity is leaking. The lighting fixture was hanging crooked. I could go on and on. Just a mess. One of his guys caught The side of my car with the edge of the old tub leaving a 4 foot gouge down the side of my car. He denied that it happened even when confronted with the ring canera video footage. Long story short, they never fixed anything they never returned any of my calls. I wouldn’t use this guy if he was the last plumber on earth.
