Fast and professional. Installed a chimney liner in my home and removed the existing old chimney at a great price. Solved an ongoing leak problem I’ve had that others could not solve. Incredible!

When they showed up at my house, without calling first as requested, they went to the back door. My mother, who lives next door went to see who they were (2 guys at the door at 9:00am on Memorial Day). When she asked them they said to her that she had no right to ask. She identified herself as my mother and said she would help them to get me if they would tell her who they were. They replied that they were leaving and stormed off.
Would it have been so difficult to identify yourself? If you had called in the first place, none of this would have happened.

Update: When they saw this review (not when they got back to the vehicle), they called me and started swearing at me and saying things and calling me things I can't even print here and threatening me. I work with contractors very frequently and I have never been treated in this manner. Now I am actually afraid they are going to do something to me, my family, or my house.

Very courteous, friendly, speedy and excellent quality. I now have a functioning fireplace and it was at a price that was affordable. In addition the work was done in a time that was quicker than expected. Highly recommend.

This company based a quote off of a picture I texted to them on request. The quote was a list of nine things, not itemized by cost, and they never came to see the chimney in person.

After reviewing your response, I am more convinced that your business practice with me was not good and I am confident in my review. There is no way you should have been on my property without my knowledge and if you were on the roof that's even worse.

We needed to get our chimney re-lined to be able to have it operate properly. We got immediate assistance and they did a great job. Very friendly and clean in completing the work.

First let me say I have not used their service. But the first thing I do when I am looking for a company is to read their review. I was fine with the reviews, but when I saw the replies to 2 negative reviews and this company calling people "karen" i knew right then I would not even call. not cute, not funny. lost business

10/05/2021 - Dan arrived at the stated appointment time to inspect and clean our chimney for a wood burning heat stove we use in our kitchen. Dan was very professional and took precautions while he was cleaning the chimney to prevent soot from entering the room. Highest rating is given to Dan for his strong work ethic, competence, respect, competitive pricing, and friendly attitude. I will use Dan and Absolute Chimney in the future without hesitation. Dan did an excellent job, and we appreciate him taking our job, located in the City of Pittsburgh, in a timely manner before it gets cold enough to use the stove!

I have had work done relining my chimney for fireplace and hot water tank by Absolute Chimney. The owner and workers are professional, courteous and answered any questions. I was also given an estimate which was stuck to and reasonable in comparison. Job well done.

The service from these guys was GREAT!! They were extremely prompt to get me their proposal for what work needed done/cost, etc., and we literally got an appointment to have everything done the day after we agreed to it! I've never seen faster service. They were incredibly efficient, clean, professional, and friendly, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Worked with Aaron over the phone who was always available, down to earth and friendly. Dan called me to give me an arrival time which he met exactly. Dan was a great guy. He worked quickly, cleaned up after himself and left a great impression of his company. He even gave me some advice on my roof while he was up there.

I manage contractors for a living. The good ones listen to the client, are technically sound, do what they say, say what they do, and don't bring any drama. I would like to thank Erin and Dj and the other employee who came to work on our chimney. They worked with our insurance company, and were very professional. Our chimney was struck by lightning and was in quick need of repair. They were here the next day to inspect our chimney and give us an estimate. The following week the started working on our chimney and had repaired in a little less than three days. Our chimney looks better than it did before the damage. Erin and his crew were very professional and personable. I would recommend Absolute Chimney to any of my family or friends who need repairs. Thank you again for the great work Erin and Dj!!
