Called to see if they still service KitchenAid Mixers. No one ever answered the phone, but they referred to themselves as "Service Masters".

I have brought 2 Kitchen Aid stand mixers down to be repaired. I had both of them back in about a week. You are quoted a price before you even drop it off. The prices are very reasonable and everyone there is super nice.

I took my KitchenAid stand mixer here for repair 2 separate times. The first time, I brought the mixer home and it immediately stopped working after turning it on - $120. The second time, the same thing happened. He just charged me for the part, $35 - and it still didn't work. Not to mention the 2 or 3 times I drove out there and they were closed with no notice. Once, we called the day before to check their hours, showed up during those times, and they were "closed for a long weekend." My mixer still isn't fixed. Additionally, the person who works the front desk is so uninterested in having a conversation with you (which is fine) but as a result they clearly don't pay attention or take enough notes when you're explaining the issue, meaning that the guy who actually fixes them gets a three-word description of the problem instead of anything that would help him figure out the actual issue.

Came to change a part that was recalled. Replaced the part incorrectly which resulted in a leak that we were unaware of until too late (floor ruined). Called to let them know and they wanted to charge us for a service call to fix their mistake. Not only should they fix it for free, they should be liable for the damage caused to our floor.

AVOID USING THIS PLACE... Terrible service & should be shutdown. I request for service for my stove a week ago and they expected for you to stay home from 7am-6pm ALL DAY as if I don't have a life or work also. Then pull a no-show move, but cancle the work order so I had to put in a new work order. Placed a new work order and spoke to a representative to provide a time frame for them to arrive and the Man show up at my home at the wrong time ( Never send a ETA on arrival just pop up). This is THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO FOR ANY SERVICE. I wish I could leave no stars.

Terrible company and awful service - called to have a microwave repair. Now mind you this is a microwave that goes under the counter that’s expensive so it’s worth getting repaired. After the technician coming out to tell us it’s best to replace all three parts for over a $500, we agreed to it and paid him the amount. He said it would take time for the one part to come in because they did not have it in stock. At the following appointment we made with him he found that the part was dented so he would have to come back and order another part. At the third appointment, he realized he forgot the part to bring with him. So again we had to make another appointment. So the appointment we made, we explained we would have to have it done in the morning. We could not stay home another appointment because they could never guarantee what time they’re coming. My husband and I refuse to take off another day. He understood. Then we got a text that he was unable to keep that appointment for the day made, but they would make it for the day before, but couldn’t guarantee a time and said they would be there anywhere between noon and 4 PM. When I texted to say I could not be home During that time, Again a text just saying they cannot guarantee anytime. When I called the number to explain my frustration they still did not care and said they still cannot guarantee anytime. They explained I was last on the route. I explained because of all the problems and many appointments made without results that we should be first on the list. That did not seem to matter to whomever I was talking to. So again another appointment was made for a day that I was off work. So do yourself a favor and do not call this company. We regret we did
