August Pool & Spa does a great job with all pool services. They have opened and closed our pool for a few years now and we have had no problems. The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would recommend them for any needed pool service.

Matt and his crew are A++. They are there for you and your pool any time, I use them all year to help me out with my pool and they have been nothing but exceptional each and every time. I trust them to come work when I’m not there and have really enjoyed the entire experience they provide when working on the pool. All this and on top of it my pool is crystal clear all season long !!!

Opened the pool and Matt was supposed to come back and never did. After multiple text messags he responded and said someone will come on Thursday. No call, no show. Doesn't respond to phone calls or text messages. Don't use this guy. Total scam.

Matt and team are very responsive, prompt, and do great work! They have been opening/closing our pool for years. They come quickly when we need service. They have also replaced our pool heater. Highly recommend!!!

Just moved to the area. Called this service they responded fast and I was very happy with my service. George was stellar…showed me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Our hot tub was up and running very fast and we used it that night once the temperature was where it needed to be. Highly recommend this company. A little pricy but worth it.

Be careful with this service. Will charge 375 dollars for advice on how to start your pool and charge you extra for finishing the job

We used August pool & spa to open our pool for the 2024 season. The team (Charles and Jeff) were professional/knowledgeable and provided us with tips for pool covers/pumps. We had to call Matt/team for some more clarifications later on, and their response was prompt & detailed. Great customer service!

I would highly recommend this pool servicing company, owner Matt gets right back to you with responses, my team was George and Anthony, both of these gentlemen were very friendly , courteous, knowledgeable and did an amazing job, winterizing and closing my inground pool. I will be giving their companies name, number out to friends and new home owner of my home, definitely did a great job closing and much less expensive than some of the bigger pool companies. I definitely give your team 5 stars. Thank you , again, Matt even follows up with a call to inquire how satisfied I was and made sure everything went smoothly.

Anthony and George showed up early, were Incredibly professional, and finished the job before my children were even awake. Anthony left my daughter crystals from his own collection because he heard that she liked them, and George, very kindly and clearly, walked me through how to work my filter motor. On top of all that, a technician came out during a storm to stop the leak in my pool when it was damaged by a fallen tree branch. Outstanding service and experience!

August Pool and Spa rescued my pool last summer after a sub par experience with a previous pool company. My number one requirement is responsiveness and Matt is on top of that. He has great suggestions for improvement, keeps the schedule he sets with customers, and has a prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and ultra capable crew. They can do anything, perform all pool-related services, and they leave the area clean. I have had my pool for 20 years, used four other service companies over the years, and none compares to August Pool and Spa. It’s obvious they take great pride in their work, and I heartily recommend them.

I met Matt, Charles and Anthony for a consultation about a new winter pool cover. They took the time to take all the measurements and gave me a good price for the cover and installation. It came in within a week and they came right out and installed it and winterized my pool for the first time. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their knowledge of all the work they did. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them to open us up again in May. They are all very nice and personable guys to work with too👌👍👏😎

Excellent service. I found Matt and his team through a friend referral and have been very happy for past 2 years. I use August Pool for weekly service (cleaning and chemicals) and to open and close my pool each year. I plan on using them to do a full reno and design this year. Cedric comes as scheduled each week. Matt is passionate about all things pools! I can't wait to see how our pool reno turns out.

Our pool had been steadily losing about 1,000 gallons of water a day and our regular pool service was unable to find the leak. Anthony and George came out, did extensive testing of our pool plumbing, and identified the problem as an insufficient valve and cracked pool plug. They replaced the broken parts, and the pool was fixed and holding water after just a few hours. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. They even cleaned my pool during some down time so that it would look perfect once fixed and refilled. Overall I am very with their work.

Very satisfied with August Pool & Spa. They were able to come out the day after I called and promptly solved the issue I was having with my pool filter and skimmers. Technicians Anthony and Charles were very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Highly recommend!

We had two rust stains at the bottom of our pool, along with a few other spots. After reaching out to several pool companies with no success, Matt and his team stepped up and came out on a weekend. They drained the pool and effectively removed the rust stains, saving us the cost of having to resurface the entire pool. Thank you for your great service, Matt and team!

I had been looking for a high quality, experienced, and responsible pool service company for years to service our in ground pool without success. Things got worse when a buried skimmer pipe failed and shut down our entire system. After searching I came across Matt, the owner of August Pool and Spa, and my pool problems have been solved! Matt was knowledgeable, courteous, and came right out to look at our pool. Matt offered several solutions. His crew came out and took care of the broken pipe (digging it out of concrete decking), replaced the majority of our equipment, and our pool now runs beautifully. I recommend Matt and his team fully. This was a complicated job, and they really came through for us. Highly recommended!

As a branch manager of a swim school I wouldn’t call anyone else but these guys. After years of dealing with a myriad of building service companies, it’s rare you find one that has all the qualities of good communication, timely responses and honest billing. They were quick, courteous and finished without leaving a mess.

Please read past the next sentence. Don’t be scammed like I was before August Pool & Spa (APS). I had a pool reno in April 2023. In December 2023 the plaster around tiles was cracking. Called APS for a repair. Well, it was more than just tile…all the plaster was faulty too. Matt & team worked around rain delays, late Fridays ending about 8 and on a Sunday to make the pool usable for the 2025 season. Thank you Matt! Prompt…efficient…easy to work with…definitely recommend…5+

Arrived promptly on time gave a quick assessment of what’s going on and what the plan was for today, then worked nonstop until the job was done - extremely professionally and quickly. I had my pull up and running in a few hours before other companies could even reply to my request for quotes .Would recommend for any pool repair/maintenance needed
