412 Plumbing

My original review below is from ~4 yrs ago. I have used 412 plumbing on multiple occasions since then, including for a service quite recently. I wanted to leave a second review, but apparently Google does not allow two reviews of the same company from the same account. So, just editing to share that my experience with 412 remains positive. Brett, the owner is not only excellent at what he does, but he is honest and fair. I called him to a job and he was careful to tell me that there wasn't a broken pipe in the ceiling as I thought, but the problem was a much smaller issue. That's honesty and integrity! Some people would "fix" the non existent bigger problem. He is trustworthy and does not make his customers spend more than they need to! He also identifies upcoming problems ahead of time, to allow customers to plan ahead for upcoming repairs or replacements. I highly recommended 412 plumbing. You will be very satisfied with their work. They are knowledgeable and experienced enough to do huge jobs, and flexible enough to do small jobs. Brett is the best.

412plumbing is hands down the best! I am so glad that our contractor recommended him. Brett and his team worked on our sewer line and the project had so many issues along the way, I believe it is the most problematic sewer line they have ever encountered. Thankfully, Brett is a super knowledgeable master plumber who came up with a solid solution for each problem that arose. He remained committed to the project despite all the ups and downs. He was always reliable and always responsive. He remained patient and communicative. We would never even think of hiring another plumbing service for any project. This is one small business that is worth supporting. Brett knows what he is doing, and if you hire 412plumbing you do not have to worry about the plumber quitting on you when the project gets challenging.

My pipes froze when the temperature dipped below zero, so I called 412 Plumbing first thing in the morning. They scheduled Brett, a master plumber, to come out to my house within an hour of my call. He arrived right on time and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. The people at 412 Plumbing were also upfront about their prices over the phone, and I ended up paying exactly what they quoted me.

Honest people, friendly service, reasonable prices, and they got everything fixed up within an hour. What more could you ask for?
