Can't even get an estimate because they won't travel from Upper St. Clair to Squirrel Hill. 10 miles. Seriously?

I submitted an inquiry and they sent an email on a Monday. Two days later I received that they tried to reach out to me multiple times, which they didn't, and are closing the inquiry.

PS&W installed a pool and patio at our home recently. They did a fantastic job. Their team was professional, polite and followed up on all their work. We would highly recommend them.

Had a significant project with PS&W from 2018-2019. Overall was a great company to work with. They aren't the cheapest company around but their quality of work is very high. They did everything they said they would do. I would recommend.

Our experience with Jeff Blunkosky and his team at Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes was everything we expected and more. From the start, everyone was professional and responsive. Jeff's ideas and design exceeded our expectations and proved to be the best use of our outdoor area. The ability to view a 3D design of the space helped tremendously as we were able to see exactly what our outdoor space would look like. The project commenced as scheduled (weather pending) and continual communication was provided during the construction of the project. Jeff's team worked diligently to complete our project and were extremely conscientious of keeping our lawn and street clean. At the projects completion, we had no follow-ups as everything was done correctly and as promised. We couldn't be more thrilled with our outdoor area. It is better than we ever envisioned it could be!!! We are so happy to share the space with our family and friends. Pgh Stone delivered our family a customs pool in a pandemic frenzied environment within 4 months of hiring them and starting the design process. Their primary contractor, Steel City Scapes, was there everyday until the project was complete. Kudos to Jeff and his whole staff.

They have the systems in place to coordinate all of the trades to make these projects successful, and they do it on a level that is second to none. They have proven this by completing dozens of high level projects efficiently every year for decades.

Jeff and his team turned our yard into the most wonderful place for us to enjoy while sitting by the pool. Jeff coordinated the ongoing activities to ensure that what we wanted was what was being installed. He kept me up to date on any and all problems/issues. He is a great communicator which is want you really need when you embark on such projects. Highly recommend Pittsburgh Stone and Waterscapes!

The Hidin Family of Mt. Lebanon - We are very pleased with the results of our outdoor paver-patio put in by Jeff and his top-notch crew! We designed the whole thing in virtual 3D on his laptop right in our living room. This was a key feature that allowed us to see the finished product before they even started. And the finished product was amazingly a duplicate! Jeff and his crew are very thorough in their work; they work cleanly and efficiently. They were careful not to trample the surrounding grass, and left each stage free of debris and tools, etc. We were really impressed with how organized they are. First day of work they demo'd our cracked concrete patio and removed the necessary earth in record time. Installed new drainage and substrate; leveled. They were here for the delivery of all stones, and got everything unwrapped and out of our driveway with quickness. In the next three days all stone work was completed with firepit and sitting walls. They finished up by planting some flower beds, a couple rose of sharon and mulch. All in all, these guys are absolutely the best at what they do and how well they communicated with us the whole way. I've had plenty of work done by other landscapers over the years, and no one comes close to Jeff's professionalism. The price was absolutely worth it. We now have an awesome backyard for parties!

Update: After posting this review the company did reach out to me to correct this but I have already had most of the work either scheduled or completed. I would have like to have had one company do all the work rather then source multiple to save time any money. Maybe next time.

I reached out to this company for a complete exterior project. Landscaping including hardscaping for a new construction and a deck including stairs and covered area. After the initial interview with Shelly the first week in April I was told I would hear back in two weeks on the next steps and estimate. I never heard anything back after two follow ups. I’m very disappointed that I didn’t hear anything back even if the project was too small for the work they require.

Excellent!!! We had PSaW install a medium sized paver patio at our home in North Park. We are 100% pleased and can't thank Jeff and his crew enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. The initial concept phase (including the 3D plans) really helped us to visualize and solidify the finished product. Grade A work and craftsmanship! You will not find this type of quality or care with another contractor. We now have a beautiful living space in our backyard. It has been the talk of our calde-sac! We are planning a phase 2 project with PSaW this Spring!!

Did some work for me a few years ago. I loved what they did. The work was top notch. The patio, fire pit and retaining wall far exceeded what I had originally though of when I was looking to upgrade my soggy backyard. They finished 3 days earlier than the original scheduled. We were able to have a great summer in the back yard. I have moved and was looking to do some work at my new house. I decided to go online and get some ideas. So I thought I would leave a review and let others know how great the experience was. Fyi. Let them come up with the layout!! There was no way I could have though of the stuff they did!!! Definitely recommend.

We knew it wouldn't be an easy project, because of the small yard and the tight boundary lines, but Donnie, Josh, and the crews made things work, maximizing every inch, and the result is breathtaking.
