I purchased an LG washer/dryer tower from Lowe’s 4 weeks ago. The dryer portion stopped producing heat. It took me 4 calls to LG before I was able to get a technician out. The original technician worked for a company in Brooklyn NY. The time slot was from 1pm to 6. Technician arrived at 830 pm without any notice that he was arriving late. He did some troubleshooting for about 30 minutes just to say he didn’t have parts on hand. I contacted LG again and they sent a request to Dosyak in Bristol. They notified me early the next day and followed up with a phone call. The technician named Oleh was a true professional… arrived on time, very courteous, easy to talk to and no nonsense . He fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company and tech. Thank you!

Dosyak kept me notified of changes on appointment date and service window. Nick was very courteous, quick and efficient in completing our repair and answering our questions. He has our GE dishwasher running again . This was a GE warranty repair at no cost because we used Dosyak.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly identified the problem with my washer and then repaired it accordingly.

Your tech was on time for each visit and worked quickly. He was very professional and pleasant.

This was the 2nd time i used them Very trust worthy I gave them my lockbox code the went in fixed my refrigerator clean up and left..thanks again

This was a repair for an appliance under warranty so there was no cost. Oleh was very professional, did a wonderful job and was done in a timely manner. I appreciate having my refrigerator working again.

THE TECHNICIAN ANDRIY NOTIFIED ME WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE ARRIVED CLEAN AND ON TIMES. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH OR DAMAGE MY WASHER. HE WAS PRETTY QUICK TO FIX IT AND LEFT IT CLEAN AND BACK IN PLACE. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE DID AND TESTED MY WASHER BEFORE LEAVING. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Used Dosyak Appliance to repair my dryer under Lowers warranty. Very good service. Always shows up right on time. Oleh is very nice and does a great job!

My refrigerator compressor failed under warranty so it was replaced at no cost. Andriy arrived within the appointment window and was polite, efficient and thorough. I’ve waited the recommended 24 hours and both refrigerator and freezer seem to be cooling down to the set temperatures. The process was smooth and I hope for a long life from this compressor. So far, repair seems excellent.

I needed my washing machine lid replaced recently. I was informed of the scheduled service right away, along with a couple reminders and opportunities to reschedule if needed. The tech showed up on time, made the repair quickly and took the old machine lid with him. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Service was excellent, in and out in 10 minutes, changed the craft ice maker. Communication was not as good as first visit. No notice they were coming in 20 minutes. Service was under a 5 years Lowe's policy which has been used 3 times. Good insurance, questionable LG product. Looks great, but....
