Every week this company does the landscaping at my apartment, and ever week without fail they absolutely destroy every car in the parking lot. It looks like someone took a potted plant and just dumped it all over it.

Their workers have absolutely no regard for the property of others.

do not hire this company!!! they do a horrendous job at cutting grass i don’t know how but they do. there’s huge patches of tall grass everywhere, every time. the people speed over the grass without actually hitting it with a blade low enough. they do not weed whack AT ALL literally. they come about once every two weeks it’s absolutely ridiculous they clearly don’t know what they’re doing very unprofessional. save yourself some time and find a different landscaping company

This company routinely landscapes the apartment complex that I live in and completely have no consideration for people’s personal property. They destroyed my dogs leash stake, killed flowers that I planted and destroyed solar panel Christmas lights within a 6 month period. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Sharps does the landscaping for my company. One of their employees peppered the front and whole side of my car with rocks and other debris. After some back and forth and them denying some of the damage I was offered a paint marker... enough said. While speaking with my insurance company she was able to see other open auto damage claims filed on Sharps. That’s on top of the mediocre lawn care they provide.

first i wanna say DO NOT hire this company for the sake of your money and time. they are supposed to come weekly on a schedule and it’s been on and off. sometimes they show up on a monday, don’t come for three weeks and the apartment complex looks like a jungle, i can’t even walk my dog. they don’t edge anything it looks like a complete mess and there are so many missed patches i feel like i’m walking through a corn field that’s how high the grass has been here. they don’t wear masks and when they blow the grass they don’t fix your doormat so the cut grass is now laying all over my front doorstep and my mat is flipped. it’s clear to see they are the most laziest lawn service in town. they must not be putting the blade down enough and they ride over it one time leaving big missed spots. i wish i could upload a photo of how terrible and high the grass looks. and without exaggerating THEY SUCK.

Extremely unprofessional. The blow grass clippings everywhere. I constantly have to sweep my sidewalk and clean my car off. I take pride in my car and try to keep it clean. I have them on video purposely blowing grass clipping on my car. I also have suspicion that they've dented my car as well (that's why I installed the camera). DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

The complex I live in does. I asked our maintenance I am level on the first floor with the grass. I asked a few weeks ago to be mindful of my home it was hot out and I had my windows open. I went to the store and came back my plants were on the floor grass all over every room
And the pollen set in all my stuff!
This time (today 5/1/23) it was a young dude named Rob who didn’t hear me screaming and waving to him so when he stopped he started calling me names in front of his supervisor and not one cared. I am going to have to do a formal complaint next because my stuff is
getting ruined. I left a message for Mr. James Sharp about 15 min ago. SMH

I live at Middletown Trace and they do the landscaping there. My car window was broke when they were outside doing the landscaping. I reached out to then after talking to my maintenance guys to see who I should talk to 3 weeks ago. Still haven't heard a thing. Disappointing that they can't even communicate with me what the process is. I will change my rating if they ever get back to me so stay tuned!

They did finally get back to me and reimbursed me. Rating changed.

I never had any complaints in the years my complex used this company.

Sharps helps to take great care of my properties. They are timely, communicative and collaborative. I appreciate their feedback from their field visits since I cannot visit the properties too often.

Be aware that if your township requires a permit that they will not obtain it and the township will come back years later and require you to obtain proper permits. What a nightmare and Bensalem township is aware of his practices and allows it no questions

My lawn was flawless. These guys are impeccable with their line of work. They know what they talk about

The team did a great job. Cut back 3 feet deep hedge, built a gate for the fence and cleaned up everything. The yard looks beautiful. They are also mowing the grass weekly. Absolutely fabulous!

I met with the owner and discussed what I needed done. Without hesitation he committed to the job. Two days later his crew was out and cleaned up my yard, cut, trimmed, edged. It looks beautiful. They worked hard, quickly, and very detail-oriented. I'm looking forward to a future with them keeping my lawn beautiful.

Great service. The ladies always take the time to do a deep clean of my house. Respectful and accommodating. I will certainly use them in the future.

The guys were very knowledgeable and were able to provide catalogs full of options to choose from. They were patient and very professional. They knew exactly what we needed for our front yard and they executed just that.

We created a landscaping plan and chose Perez and Perez for his positive review and creative suggestions to enhance. He and his team were easy to work with and very adaptive to our changes even in the mist of installing to a successful conclusion. His team members are dedicated workers, respectful and with a friendly demeanor. Timely on the job and steadfast throughout the day you cannot ask for more. At the end of our project we all felt like family not contractor and clients.
